I just went to this boutique and had the best experience. I was greeted by Karen, she is absolutely the best; very knowledgeable and kind. I left the store loving the bag I had purchased.

Customer service is the best. I made a purchase from the outlet which needed to be returned because I ordered wrong color. This Coach store processed the return no charge. Within thirty minutes my account was credited. Awesome

Purchased a new Tabby today for a birthday gift for my daughter. Immediately upon entering the store I was greeted with warmth and kindness, then finished up with Heba who was also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made my shopping experience at Coach GSP such a pleasure! Will definitely be back for sure!
