The store is very organized and features beautiful new bags, including the Coachtopia line for circular fashion. Additional services include getting bags customized and repaired. The staff frequently goes out of their way to please customers, who leave very happy and highly recommend the store.

I just went to this boutique and had the best experience. I was greeted by Karen, she is absolutely the best; very knowledgeable and kind. I left the store loving the bag I had purchased.

Customer service is the best. I made a purchase from the outlet which needed to be returned because I ordered wrong color. This Coach store processed the return no charge. Within thirty minutes my account was credited. Awesome
