Very well organized store with everything easy to find. The customer care was outstanding staff, all the time helped me from choosing items all the way through billing. They packed my crockery carefully ,and securely to prevent any damage. Clean store and great service throughout. Highly recommend!

The customer service here is amazing. It's always such a relaxing experience shopping here, and I always end up leaving with something. Everyone on staff is truly so kind. I especially want to thank Karen and Nick, who both went above and beyond during my last visit.

Love the furniture but don’t appreciate associates looking down on people. My rep was Sharon and she made me feel like I can’t afford the furniture. Bought some expensive furniture too some of which had an issue and delivery was immensely late.

I stopped by while visiting New Jersey, and the store is so neatly organized and well-displayed, with lots of beautiful dishes, glasses, and utensils. There are also many lovely interior decor items on the second floor. The staff's kindness played a big part in my evaluation, and here too, I received friendly assistance. If you enjoy decorating your home as a hobby, you won't regret stopping by!

You would think you were walking into Restoration Hardware when it is just Crate and Barrel with the pretentious salespeople. Even RH has more curtesy. To think you could walk up and down and all around this store and no one says hello or how can I help you is comical and shows the staff here are truly unprofessional. I am embarrassed for you CB and your management.

I ordered items off a bridal registry from Crate & Barrel that arrived shattered and in pieces. I called this location to try to remedy the situation immediately as the shower is quickly approaching. Cindy took my call and handled it like a true professional. Once arriving at the store in person Cindy went above and beyond to assist in making sure the situation was remedied with the highest level of care. She is a true asset to this store and company. Thank you, Cindy!

Even though we ended up purchasing elsewhere, I have to give credit to the Paramus Crate & Barrel team—especially Andi. She was so nice, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Andi took the time to answer all our questions and made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Excellent customer service like hers deserves to be recognized!

Excellent experience for the thoughtful customer service. Many thanks to Mila and the store manager for helping us saving a three-hour trip for sorting out a matter with our online order. It was a delightful experience and I recommend come visit the retail shop more and there is a difference. :)

We ordered a concrete outdoor table and want to get a refund but no service from store.
This table is expensive but extremely cheap quality.
We went to physical store to get this handled and the lady said to email her and she would take care of it, but did NOTHING so far.
Just look at all the cracks on this table. We only had this table now for a little over 30 days. It’s brand new.
Awful.
