“Huge shout out to Claudia Lopez in the Paramus store. At the time of purchase I did not realize I was charged 3X for a single roll of wrapping paper. During a very stressful time in my life, she was able to research and rectify this oversight without my needing to return to the store.
Kohl’s has been my go to store. I have not adapted to the new Paramus location yet, but will absolutely make an effort to do so as a thank you for her efforts to go above and beyond!

Love how organized this Macy's is, and spacious, as well as clean, much better than GS Plaza, also it doesn't get as crowded either so that's a plus: NEW UPDATE: I also think that the parking lot on the outside is a bit dim, there needs to be a set of flood lamps and adequate lighting for the safety and security of the employees and customers alike, plus this particular "Macy's" is the only anchor store in this mall, as a matter of fact, I honestly think "Paramus Park Mall" needs some adjustments and some renovations so GS Plaza doesn't take all the glory, lastly, before this Macy's used to be an A&S store which was short for "Abraham & Straus..."”
“Love this location. I always find items I love. Staff is super nice. Scott was great in the fitting room and both Irina and Ana were both really helpful. People like them make it a pleasure to shop. I found a cute Karl lagerfeld tee, aqua shorts and cloth & stone dress. My husband also found a few cute shirts. We’ll continue being loyal shoppers. Customer service may be going downhill in many places but not here. Awesome experience always.”

“This homesence in Paramus is in a wonderful location and provides a ton of home goods, similar to the HomeGoods store. They seem to carry a much wider variety of furniture and other items overall. Prices are reasonable as well.parking is tight as next door to traders joe”
“I love this Macy's! It has everything you need period!They also have a backstage!!!!!!We have gotten all kinds if things from here over the years. Now we get whatever outfits for the kids that we don't get at Carter's lol! We actually got one of my daughters Christmas Outfits here! A beautiful dress!They have 3 floors here. Kids are upstairs! Elevators are to the far right. Escalators are in the middle.I love all the sales that Macy's runs throughout the year, so many amazing discounts! We just got 2 new earrings for my daughter here as well, 60% off!!!!!! You really cannot beat those prices.Store can get messy throughout the day, and things might not be in the exact spot that you are looking for, but the staff does an amazing job to try to keep it neat and organized after customers blow through lol!All in all. A wonderful Macy's! If you are in the mall, it is a great store to shop at for almost anything you need for your home!”

“This is a nice clean TH outlet store. Lots of discounts and sale prices available on clothing, accessories, shoes, wallet, belts, socks. There are women, men and kids section. Fitting rooms available. Associates are around to help customers while they also continuously work keeping the store tidy. Checkouts are usually fast. They add or remove additional associates from counter based on number of customers in the line.
The only downside for me is this outlets inventory is not as good. They don’t keep as much variety like some of the bigger TH outlet stores I have been to.”

As well as home decor, makeup and skin care, shoes, and travel items. 30-day return policy, be prepared to wait in line…they are always busy! BUT, worth the wait. Happy shopping!”

“Finally I got a chance to stop by the Saks Off 5th in Bergen Town Center. It is a big store with merchandise for men, women and got accessories like bags, sunglasses, watches and much more. I really liked the men’s suit section, had lots of good quality options. Shoes were also excellent, all put in shelves by sizes.
Prices of item were decent, including discounts up to 70%. Lots of staff were on floor, some helping customers and others tidying up different sections of the store.”

“Large store with plenty of goods on sale, especially clothes for men, women and kids. They have home goods, kitchenware, bedding, suitcases, toys and few more categories. Prices are very cheap despite being at heart of Paramus. Store is reliable clean and organized. Checkout is fast and easy, lots of associates at the counter to make sure line is moving swiftly.
In found some nice comic frames in home goods section and bought two arts of Spiderman for $24.”
