They fixed it in 3hrs and comes with 1 year warranty. My car battery died 8min away and they even met me and gave me a jump at no charge. Excellent customer service and I definitely recommend.”

“Andy is the best. Have been coming to him for years for all of my tech needs. Above all else, he breathes integrity and knowledge. I came to him today with my simple problem of what I believed to be a broken charging cable. The other store I went to on a fly as it was closest to me tried to upsell me on fixing what they said were broken charging ports. They tried to scam me and told me the ports weren’t putting out any power after plugging it into their cable in the back room. Andy has a great setup with a back room you can see into and immediately confirmed my suspicion that it was indeed my broken charging cable. He sold me a new one at a great price. Andy is the best at what he does in not only tech problems but customer service as well. Highly recommend him for any and every tech problems you come across!!”

“Ten years ago Tim repaired my McIntosh 2100. When after the holidays, I started to experience problem with the amp. I called Tim. He squeezed me into his schedule and I got the amp to him. Tim is a magician. He repaired the amp without too much strung and drang. Plus Tim charged me a most reasonable price. To get his level of skill at what I regard as a very low price is beyond belief. “I waited to do this review because I wanted to be sure my computer was fixed and didn’t break down on me… and it hasn’t! I brought my laptop here at the end of December 2025 because I dropped my laptop and couldn’t turn it on. I was skeptical about coming here, but had no choice because I needed my computer for school, and it was cheaper than purchasing a new one.They fixed it in time before the start of the school semester in January. “Another business closed in Glen Rock but is said to be opening a new store in Fair Lawn. When? Hard to say at this time. See the phone number and follow the prompts and it will put you in touch with the staff.. This was another family business that was like a mom and pop store that knew your name, reliable and did quality work at a fair price. Ridgewood is now my go to. Parking was a worry but they have built a parking deck so that solves that worry. Thanks for reading and stay safe!!!”

I bought a Miele from Crown about 15-20 years ago.
Had it serviced once- It turns out I wasn’t switching the filters properly and the motor seemed to die.

“Okay small update on this place at 2025. They do not accept any form of repair or eos equipment forwarding here anymore. You’d have to send your camera equipments to Virginia.
I knocked on their door and was explained what happened on why they do not service lenses here. After covid, they never got the tooling for RF lenses and majority of their EF tooling got sent to their Virginia facility.
If you have cinema products, this facility still accepts it. Just not dslr, mirrorless, or dslr lenses.”
“I was so glad I was referred to triple s to repair my 20-year-old Korg sp300 keyboard that had one key no longer of working and damage to a headphone jack. They gave me multiple options to fix just the key and also to refurbish the entire unit for a decent price. They handled ordering additional parts and communicated well with phone and email.
