“These employees that work in here are extremely nice. Not like other 7/11 that you go into and the men just are grouchy and rude. I go in here before I get to work. It's about 6 20 or so am and I take a local street to get to work. I want slow and peace and no attitudes in the mornings that why I come this way and go into this store since I found this 7/11 . They actually say good morning and are nice when checking out . Like like the one on Cliffside Park. Went in there twice attitude. No thank you il tale my business else where. Who in the world needs that nasty attitude. . This store is meat and clean. Thank you to alll”

“Just went to Best Buy Paramus because I couldn’t charge my relatively new Google inspire Fitbit. The moment I walked in to the mobile device department I met Jessica who greeted me. I told her my problem. She helped me discover within minutes that the charger I was using belonged to another household Fitbit. When a new charger at Best Buy was out of stock, she pulled up one for me on Amazon instantly. Great service.”

This woman not only greeted me with a smile which was lovely to be received that way, but she took such an investment in my situation That I felt reassured that either way I was being taken care of, even if this didn’t end the way I was hoping which she moved mountains and went above and beyond into, actually not only putting efforts into happening, but literally held my hand along the way the customer service that this woman was capable of and delivered is unbelievably rare, unfortunately, but cannot go without noticing and not therefore give recognition to she is a huge value, and I hope that anyone that is considered above her knows her worth thank you Elena for turning what I thought was going to be not even experienced at all because I didn’t think I could get anything done into a success and an absolute pleasure.
