to review my laptop while I shopped @ NC! Couldn't be a nicer young man & in this day - where a fee is charged for every minor request it's nice too have BB perform a courtesy review for me !!”

“Great experience. If you are changing plans. Make certain your credit report is not frozen with the 3 agencies. Bring a print out of your current phone bill that has the account number. It took a long time to set up and transfer to T-Mobile...you will need to buy new Sim cards...with all that said...they are less expensive than Verizon...and provide better customer service...it was worth the time it took to switch.”

Shanequa and Hadeel, one of the team members, made a potentially stressful switch from my old provider seamless and quick. Not only were they professional, but they also went above and beyond to secure a fantastic discount and some great promotions on our new plan and devices.
Hadeel is phenomenal. She handled everything with efficiency and expertise. She has the greatest customer service skills, she was very patient and detailed.
