I strongly advise against visiting this store. The customer service is extremely poor. The staff here exhibited blatant disrespect and seemed prejudiced against Asians. When my mother visited earlier today to inquire about a pair of HOKA sneakers and check for my sister's shoe size, she politely asked a young man for assistance. However, he appeared disinterested and ignored her requests, instead turning his attention to another customer who was already being helped.
Frustrated, my mother left the store and attempted to find the shoes elsewhere in the mall, but was unsuccessful. Upon returning to Footlocker for another attempt at assistance, she encountered the same unhelpful employee. He not only ignored her again but also responded rudely, implying that she had abandoned his previous attempt to help her. When she tried to explain the situation, he dismissed her complaints and openly displayed his frustration to his colleagues at the register. Quoting him, “I’m sick and tired of her. She’s bothering me. Someone go help her.”
This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff's lack of assistance and disrespectful demeanor towards customers, regardless of their background, is concerning. Management needs to address these issues promptly to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

Terrible customer service experience. I asked for a shoe size the guy brings out the box starts flipping the shoe and completely drops it on the ground like an idiot. Absolutely clueless and unprofessional. The girl that rang me up was rude. Don’t even bother buying anything here.

When you walk in the store no one wants to help you and looks like they would rather be somewhere else other than work. I would not recommend coming here to spend your hard earned money .

Cashier Keyla is very rude!!!. She seems so miserable and has no interest working at this shoe store . when my husband purchase a pair of sneakers she didn’t want to help. She was gossiping about us to her coworkers while I was standing front of her. Manager at this store better train them right. Keyla you better find a new job or stay home. Terrible place to shop.
