Foot Locker have nice sneakers and boots, good merchandise and a very good inventory. The green location was clean and have a nice setup. Staff always knowledgeable, super helpful, manager was efficient and cashier was fast. Customer will order shoes online and exchange them in store, with sizes less than 10 min. The store also was excellent shipping experience. Some staff need customer service training, the store was helpful and efficient today.
This review is about the Footlocker in Garden State Plaza Paramus next to Macy’s, not the one closer to the food court. My cashier Brandon and the other staff were professional and efficient. They made me feel confident about my purchase and I would definitely return.

Sometimes they have shoes in stock sometimes they don’t. The negative reviews about that are just silly. The customer service is something they can improve upon but overall not a bad experience.
