I went to the store on Friday, December 8, where the attention was the worst in the world, especially because of a young woman who was wearing a red wine-colored blouse, a young woman who all the time made us feel as if we were going to steal terrible attention, we felt discriminated against and we The worst thing is that she was Latin. I recommend not buying there, places with people like that, they are not pleasant, how horrible, improve the service or change the staff.

I come here almost every month due to the fact that the staff is extremely friendly, kind and patient specially the Arturo, he is great at customer service and will continue to shop with him and this store.

I had the worst shopping experience of my life today! Due to some strange reasons they keep the trial rooms locked. After they opened a trial room for me, I locked the door to try out some of the clothes. After a while, a guy knocked on the door, I answered ‘sorry?’ And the next minute he unlocked my door with his key while I was undressed. Now I am assuming this might be the store manager as he had the key to the trial room when I entered. Let’s assume it was mistake and he didn’t hear my response. All the trial rooms have enough space at the bottom making it easier from outside to notice if it’s occupied or not. Why didn’t he check that? Never in my entire life I have had a staff member unlock my door and walk in while I was changing. Also I don’t understand why didn’t he ask a female staff to check when the trial room was in the female section? After I came out no one apologized to me! Please use some of your budget in installing trial rooms with Occupied/vacant indicators on the doors! And stop locking the trial rooms in the first place so guys don’t use it as an excuse to walk upon girls while they are changing. I travel a lot and have shopped at various countries such as Italy, Spain, Germany, India, Canada, UK and never ever I have had such an experience while trying at any stores. I also shop at local brands that are not even as popular as Guess yet never faced such a situation. I would never visit any Guess store in my life ever again!

I walked in the store with a shopping bag from a previous store I went in to. The second I walked in they did the usual do you need help. I said no because I knew and saw what I needed. I went on about my way to try on a few selection of jackets and there was one sales person staring at me as if I was going to steal. She didn't offer to help like the first associate did. I was very turned off and just left the store. Is very unfortunate because they did have what I needed. I understand with how things are now everyone is on high alert but they could've been discrete about it and not so obvious. I will not be shopping there again.

worst place to visit. sales person was very rude and had no knowledge how to treat a customer. bought a overcoat from here I came with a receipt and with tags they didn’t give back my money or any store credit . I’m so disappointed from guess I would never come back here to shop again. It was a terrible experience I hope no one have to go through something like this.

***great store with great items and very friendlyand nice sales associates***i would easily give them 5 stars but their prices are high compare to similar stores. and in today economic uncertainty, they have to do better better with their prices if they want repeat customers . bottom line, people are comparable shoppers we know good price from over price item right away

One of the slowest and laziest stores I ever been. I bought a hoody from here I came with a receipt and everything they didn’t give back my money or any store credit . I’m so disappointed from guess I would never come back here to shop again. It was a terrible experience I hope no one have to go through something like this. It’s just crazy…

Really bad customer service my mom was being treated very disrespectful by the employees and when I went back to look for an explanation they didn't even apologized for what they have done and told me that it was a private business and ask me to leave the store the employees are very rude I suggest you either change the personal working there or teach them how to do their job. The guy with the blue shirt was the one that told my mother to get out instead of asking if she needed assistance the woman with the white shirt didn't even care and ignore everything the other woman too.

Staff and the manager did not agree to price match as committed by their other colleague(was on weekly off when I went for price match request) when I bought the bag. Price match policy for all non-discounted items is on their website too. Manager was very bossy and impatient, and was not ready to listen. They have asked me to visit again on Monday when that particular employee is present at store. They just think we are free to be visiting them!
