Called ahead to check if they had a product in stock. Lady didn’t even seem to be pay attention and had 0 clue what I was talking about. All I asked if a shirt was in stock. 0 customer service or attentiveness.

i understand retail is all abt upselling but pls dont push ur associates to follow your customers around every corner. was consistently being asked by the same curly headed girl (looked like goo from fosters home for imaginary friends) if ive found anything yet & jus met her w a ‘yeah’ or a ‘im good, thank you.’ bc i rlly dont feel like standing in the middle of the store while u search my email on the keyboard ipad. ive been that associate before, its annoying - u wont get fired for not letting a SINGULAR INDIVIDUAL know abt ur 24/7 bogo 30% .. i jus wanna shop. also faded purple hair girlie at register who i can only assume is manager looked miserable making hand motions for someone to come help me

I was at this location Saturday afternoon and I was greeted by 3 smiling faces. Daniela, Carley and Vanessa were a breath of fresh air! They were pleasant, helpful with any questions and definitely seemed like they genuinely love their job. These young people give me hope for the future lol. I have been shopping at hot topic for over 20 years and will definitely continue to do so as long as you have lovely workers like them ❤️

Great experience here, no long wait times, and multiple employees helped me with what I was looking for, and any questions I had! Employees Luis and Vanessa are the sweetest, will be shopping here again.

The store was clean, and nearly laid out. The staff made us aware of all sales right away, and offered to help a couple of times.The only reason I didn't rate five is the clothing is a little pricy for the quality, they have lots of fashionable choices but they border on fast fashion with how easily their clothes get worn and damaged.

One of their employees gave me an attitude when I looked at the belts. I don’t know if they thought I was going to steal or something, but they looked at my hands when I walked right past them when I was making my way to the register to pay.
