Went there and got a few shirts, Abby helped a big deal too! Like, she helped my sister and I with the perfumes, complimented my hair and tattoos, and saved my cat from a tree while also helping by putting rewards and a discount on my shirts I bought. Total top notch service!

I had a great experience at Hot Topic thanks to Kayla! She was super helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. She even helped me save $10 using my rewards, which I really appreciated. Great customer service like that definitely makes me want to come back!
