I came here for the first time to attend an event. The event was well organized. The staff were soo friendly, so engaging, and made the event extra fun. After the event, my fiance and I had a nice dinner here. The server was nice. He answered all our questions about the food. First time trying the meatballs. I understand the hype. After eating, to digest, my fiance and I took a walk around the store, looking at the items. There were many things on clearance so the price of many items were really good. Unfortunately when we were ready to leave, it was so hard to figure out the exit. That's the only reason for one less star. Better signage to show the exit would be good. The staff did help us find the exit. All in all, we cannot wait to go back. I'm looking forward to the next event.

My kids love Ikea; however, their management is the worst, they will not honor any adjustments under no circumstances and would be rude to their customers and not even bother to come and talk to the customer. Horrible!

Its a beautiful store and good shoping experience but Half of the items i want they didnt have it at the end there.

Bought office chair at a very reasonable price. Had bought almost similar type from other fancy store one year back at triple the price at which we bought this one.

For the most part, we had a pretty good day at IKEA Paramus.
It is a nice place to look around. Find ideas to help you out in an interim if you’re not looking for spending a lot of money.
For the price point, the furniture is quality and will last as long as you’re not doing wrestling matches.
When my wife and myself first got married, we went out and purchased a lot of items from IKEA and the lasted a long time and suited our needs.
There are some safety issues at this store that need to be addressed but beyond that it’s a pretty good place and it’s clean .
The restrooms at this location are always getting cleaned and ready for operation .
Every time I come to this location, there is an elevator down. It’s not just the same one it’s sporadic.

Love IKEA. Inspires good ideas. Small apartment layout with look inside. Also cafe area. Mattresses bit lacking options.
Tuesday meal treat for members. Can't go wrong with iconic meatballs.

Weekdays are the best days to shop at Ikea. You will avoid the crowd, long lines, and get deals at the food court.
