He is absolutely the kindest and most professional salesman we encountered in any furniture store. We bought the Thompson sofa and the Nava dining table here. They are both aesthetic and practical. “Stopped in looking for a dining table and was greeted by the lovely Sheila. Hands down the best ever! She was patient, listened to the vision I had in mind and helped me find what I was looking for. She didn’t rush me, or make me feel like I needed to make a decision right then and there like some sales people do. She completely understood purchasing furniture is a big decision and something you’re stuck with for a bit so she listened to what I was looking for and helped me find it! I cannot express how amazing and friendly she was. She even moved furniture from one end of the store to the other just to see how other piece fit with what I was looking to purchase. “Wonderful business and customer service!I was looking for small space bedroom for my daughter online and accidentally saw Casa Eleganza on Google. Great selection and affordable prices. Due to COVID shipping delay(not the business fault) my bedroom was weeks away and I needed it ASAP but Zach was able to find similar bedroom set in California and delivered with complimentary white glove service in two days! Unfortunately the nightstand hardware was defective but it can be replaced with new one and Zach reimbursed $400 back to my credit card. No one would done that! Thank you Casa Eleganza!”
