“Went there to look at a bedroom set we saw online and wanted to see in person before ordering. Intent was to look then go home and order it since it was coming up a bit less online. Kleny came up to us while we were looking at some couches while we were there. Wife was looking for a specific fabric to touch and feel but unfortunately nothing on the floor was what she was looking for. Kleny went above and beyond trying to help her find what we were looking for. Unfortunately not being able to find we were going to leave but did mention we were going to order the bedroom set. She wanted us to work with her to order so we let her work up the numbers. Once she came back with the amount l we mentioned it was a better price online. At that time she got her manager involved (Johnathan). After some back and forth, price matching etc, they came up with a number less than online so we made the deal. They were also able to get it delivered quickly. I wanted to call out that they were both excellent to work with and were both very personable. We had a good time chatting while the numbers were being worked out and we feel like we got a great deal. I highly recommend and would even suggest asking for her specifically (Kleny) if you go to this store. Sincerely, happy customers.”

“Wonderful business and customer service!I was looking for small space bedroom for my daughter online and accidentally saw Casa Eleganza on Google. Great selection and affordable prices. Due to COVID shipping delay(not the business fault) my bedroom was weeks away and I needed it ASAP but Zach was able to find similar bedroom set in California and delivered with complimentary white glove service in two days! Unfortunately the nightstand hardware was defective but it can be replaced with new one and Zach reimbursed $400 back to my credit card. No one would done that! Thank you Casa Eleganza!”

The merchandise itself is quality stuff — well-made pieces at a price point that genuinely feels like good value compared to what I saw at other furniture stores. You can tell they’re not just moving cheap product.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. We ran into a difficult delivery situation, and instead of getting the runaround, the customer service team stepped up and worked with us until it was resolved. Fred Cohen in particular went above and beyond — you can tell he genuinely cares about customer service quality and takes real pride in the business. It’s rare these days to deal with someone at a furniture company who actually takes ownership of a problem and sees it through, and that’s exactly what he did.
Four stars instead of five only because the delivery hiccup happened in the first place, but the way they handled it says a lot about the company. Quality furniture, fair prices, and people who stand behind what they sell. I’d shop here again and would recommend them to friends and family.”
