“Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.”

I had a small issue with the chairs and after contacting Modani, they immediately resolved it right away through text! I didn’t even have to call anyone. Jenece is a great customer service associate, she was quick and helped with the replacement. Even when I forgot to reply back, she followed up and asked how I’d like to proceed. “Hobby Lobby in Paramus is an amazing store that truly covers every hobby you can imagine. I really appreciate how wide the selection is, whether you’re into crafting, building, designing, or collecting. I was especially excited to find Godzilla-themed items, which made my visit even more fun. The seasonal section is always impressive, with great decorations and ideas throughout the year. I also appreciate the quality and variety of blank t-shirts and sweatshirts, along with the huge selection of iron-ons that make customizing clothing easy and affordable. The car models and toys are great for collectors and hobbyists, and the art supply section is well stocked with everything from basics to professional tools. This Hobby Lobby truly has something for everyone.”
“Wonderful business and customer service!I was looking for small space bedroom for my daughter online and accidentally saw Casa Eleganza on Google. Great selection and affordable prices. Due to COVID shipping delay(not the business fault) my bedroom was weeks away and I needed it ASAP but Zach was able to find similar bedroom set in California and delivered with complimentary white glove service in two days! Unfortunately the nightstand hardware was defective but it can be replaced with new one and Zach reimbursed $400 back to my credit card. No one would done that! Thank you Casa Eleganza!”

She listened to what I thought I was looking for in a sectional and she guided me to the perfect one. I never felt any pressure on buying anything. It can be overwhelming to make all the little decisions in picking out the details for the sectional and she made it very easy. We are very happy with our new sectional.

“Went there to look at a bedroom set we saw online and wanted to see in person before ordering. Intent was to look then go home and order it since it was coming up a bit less online. Kleny came up to us while we were looking at some couches while we were there. Wife was looking for a specific fabric to touch and feel but unfortunately nothing on the floor was what she was looking for. Kleny went above and beyond trying to help her find what we were looking for. Unfortunately not being able to find we were going to leave but did mention we were going to order the bedroom set. She wanted us to work with her to order so we let her work up the numbers. Once she came back with the amount l we mentioned it was a better price online. At that time she got her manager involved (Johnathan). After some back and forth, price matching etc, they came up with a number less than online so we made the deal. They were also able to get it delivered quickly. I wanted to call out that they were both excellent to work with and were both very personable. We had a good time chatting while the numbers were being worked out and we feel like we got a great deal. I highly recommend and would even suggest asking for her specifically (Kleny) if you go to this store. Sincerely, happy customers.”
