“Alpay was amazing! I called the store this morning to ask about getting a screen replaced on my Samsung, and he explained the price difference and quality between the original screen and an aftermarket option over the phone. Since the prices for both screens were very similar, going with the original screen was definitely the way to go. Alpay was able to get the screen and have my phone completely repaired in less than 3 hours. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the price was great as well. I've also been to this store in the past, and Alpay has always taken great care of me. Excellent service, excellent quality, and excellent experience every time. Well done, Alpay!”

“I had some phone screens replaced. The service was fast. The quality was high. The person I dealt with was very direct. Someone else may have interpreted his directness as rudeness, but I had no issues with it.”
