“We walked into the store with my wife and my mother, and Josh immediately made us feel welcome. He offered us water and answered every question we had in detail. It was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Because of Josh’s outstanding service, we switched our cell phone provider on the spot and chose Optimum. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Josh if you’re thinking about changing your cell phone provider. You won’t be disappointed!”

815 Bergen Town Center Ste E-2A, Paramus NJ 07652
“My experience in the Bergen Town Center, Paramus, NJ was only an experience worth mentioning due to the manager Elena. This woman not only greeted me with a smile which was lovely to be received that way, but she took such an investment in my situation That I felt reassured that either way I was being taken care of, even if this didn’t end the way I was hoping which she moved mountains and went above and beyond into, actually not only putting efforts into happening, but literally held my hand along the way the customer service that this woman was capable of and delivered is unbelievably rare, unfortunately, but cannot go without noticing and not therefore give recognition to she is a huge value, and I hope that anyone that is considered above her knows her worth thank you Elena for turning what I thought was going to be not even experienced at all because I didn’t think I could get anything done into a success and an absolute pleasure. I will never forget you. I’ll try not to annoy you, but you are definitely who I will be seeking out to work with in the future if I do need so I am eternally grateful.”

The representative there, Nico, was extremely helpful despite the fact that the help I needed was not possible within the store that had to be performed online. I’m very grateful to Nico for taking the time to explain all the options available to me.”
