She was very patient and kind and helped me out more than any other AT&T associate ever has (and I've been with AT&T for 17 years).”

He was also very helpful in answering my questions about potential upgrades, etc. I came in frustrated with a broken phone, and left feeling better, and with a solution. now THAT is customer service!”

“Love these guys! The screen protectors are top of the line and when you go to replace it ($12) they don't just put a new one on, they clean the entire phone and case and make it look brand new again. They better not ever close!!!”
