βafter visiting the GU pop-up store earlier this year and having a wonderful experience, i can say their new flagship location is an improvement on something that was already amazing! although it was a bit crowded the store was well stocked and organized, even having their kirby collaboration goods in stock!β

βWent to the GSP store yesterday and was greeted with the most friendliest person! Ciara ( hope i spelled her name correctly) was amazing . Kept checking on me , helped me find what I needed and made me feel very comfortable. Luz at the register is amazing! She went above and beyond for me and gave the best customer service! βI love this Macy's! It has everything you need period!They also have a backstage!!!!!!We have gotten all kinds if things from here over the years. Now we get whatever outfits for the kids that we don't get at Carter's lol! We actually got one of my daughters Christmas Outfits here! A beautiful dress!They have 3 floors here. Kids are upstairs! Elevators are to the far right. Escalators are in the middle.I love all the sales that Macy's runs throughout the year, so many amazing discounts! We just got 2 new earrings for my daughter here as well, 60% off!!!!!! You really cannot beat those prices.Store can get messy throughout the day, and things might not be in the exact spot that you are looking for, but the staff does an amazing job to try to keep it neat and organized after customers blow through lol!All in all. A wonderful Macy's! If you are in the mall, it is a great store to shop at for almost anything you need for your home!β

I had such a great shopping experience at Francescaβs thanks to Yade ? She was super helpful, kind, and patient throughout my visit. I am not one to go out, shop and try on outfits, but she really helped me out. She made thoughtful suggestions, and genuinely made me feel comfortable. βThis is a great place to get shoes off of the wall. The staff so far has always helped and never had an issue. Sometimes the selection is not that great for the open box shoes but it is what it is.β
