T.J. Maxx, the nation's largest off-price retailer, has been offering customers an ever-changing selection of high-quality, brand name, and designer fashions at amazing value since 1977. With over 1,200 stores spanning 49 states and Puerto Rico, T.J. Maxx provides a unique shopping experience. Customers have praised the store's well-stocked departments, organized layout, and friendly associates. The prices are generally very good, although designer items can be quite expensive. Some have noted that the inventory can be inconsistent, requiring frequent visits to find desired items. While the majority of experiences have been positive, one customer had a negative encounter with a male manager who displayed a "mean and condescending attitude" when the customer accidentally broke a vase. This incident left the customer feeling uncomfortable and unwilling to return to that particular location. Overall, T.J. Maxx is regarded as a better option compared to similar establishments in the area, with a pleasant shopping atmosphere and a good selection of products. Customers have expressed their satisfaction and willingness to recommend the store to family and friends.
Lacking in merchandise today ...however, New stuff arrives everyday so will keep going in future.

Love this TJMaxx. This one carries more ladies Couture finds! Of course you’ll find great buys on ladies, men’s, children’s clothing! As well as home decor, makeup and skin care, shoes, and travel items. 30-day return policy, be prepared to wait in line…they are always busy! BUT, worth the wait. Happy shopping!

Basically a pot luck store. Meaning that there is no consistent inventory and to find what you may want requires constant visits. Prices, overall, very good, although designer clothes, albeit discounted, can be very expensive. Clearly a better TJ Maxx than in less afluent areas.
