“Love this location. I always find items I love. Staff is super nice. Scott was great in the fitting room and both Irina and Ana were both really helpful. People like them make it a pleasure to shop. I found a cute Karl lagerfeld tee, aqua shorts and cloth & stone dress. My husband also found a few cute shirts. We’ll continue being loyal shoppers. Customer service may be going downhill in many places but not here. Awesome experience always.”

“I love this Macy's! It has everything you need period!They also have a backstage!!!!!!We have gotten all kinds if things from here over the years. Now we get whatever outfits for the kids that we don't get at Carter's lol! We actually got one of my daughters Christmas Outfits here! A beautiful dress!They have 3 floors here. Kids are upstairs! Elevators are to the far right. Escalators are in the middle.I love all the sales that Macy's runs throughout the year, so many amazing discounts! We just got 2 new earrings for my daughter here as well, 60% off!!!!!! You really cannot beat those prices.Store can get messy throughout the day, and things might not be in the exact spot that you are looking for, but the staff does an amazing job to try to keep it neat and organized after customers blow through lol!All in all. PARKING
Fair warning, parking here is consistently challenging regardless of when you visit. Whether it’s a holiday, weekend, or weekday, the area stays busy and finding a spot can be tricky. Plan accordingly and give yourself extra time.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Rosa Garcia deserves every bit of praise for her outstanding customer service. She provides an experience that feels like having a personal shopper who genuinely cares about how you look. What sets Rosa apart is her honesty, she’ll tell you straight up if something looks good on you or not, and I’ve learned to trust her judgment completely. Even when I’m unsure about a piece, her approval gives me confidence because I know she wouldn’t mislead me. Despite English not being her first language, communication has never been an issue; her attentiveness and dedication to customer service shine through. She’s always well-dressed and professional, and I’ve noticed she gives the same level of attention to every customer who needs help.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about some of the other staff members. There’s an off-putting vibe from a few other employees that makes me feel somewhat judged, which is disappointing in contrast to Rosa’s welcoming approach.
I only keep coming back to shop here when Rosa is on shift, and I will continue to do so.
ATMOSPHERE
The store itself has a bright, inviting atmosphere that’s pleasant to walk into. I’ve been enjoying the quality pieces I’ve purchased here. The outlet pricing makes it much more affordable for good quality goods.
However, there’s one significant issue: the scented wall plug-ins in the dressing rooms.
These consistently cause me to sneeze and give me headaches where otherwise I have no problems. For an upscale store like this, I’d expect more consideration for customers as these scented plugins aren’t even safe for the general public and would recommend switching to something more natural or simply removing them altogether. If there is a scent issue, it should be dealt with accordingly and not masked with such items.
OVERALL
Rosa Garcia earns 5 stars! She’s the reason I keep coming back.
The store itself gets 3.5-4 stars due to the mixed staff experience and the scent issue in the dressing rooms. If you’re shopping here, definitely seek out Rosa for assistance, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Finally I got a chance to stop by the Saks Off 5th in Bergen Town Center. It is a big store with merchandise for men, women and got accessories like bags, sunglasses, watches and much more. I really liked the men’s suit section, had lots of good quality options. Shoes were also excellent, all put in shelves by sizes.
Prices of item were decent, including discounts up to 70%. Lots of staff were on floor, some helping customers and others tidying up different sections of the store.”
“This Burlington is pretty big and has a wide selection of clothing, home goods, and seasonal finds. Parking can be a bit of a hassle depending on the time of day, especially on weekends, but that’s expected for Bergen Town Center.
It’s not my favorite Burlington overall, but I will say they have some of the best prices on scented candles and loungewear. If you don’t mind browsing through a few racks, you can score some great deals.”

“Angel at the Sephora was such a delight, she shade matched me PERFECTLY (I’m always in between shades) but she got it immediately! And she was extremely sweet. Will definitely be going back to shop when she’s there. Makeup shopping can be scary but she made me feel extremely comfortable!”
