“I have had to use Oradell for emergency trauma care on 3 different occasions. Each time they provided life saving care that ensured my pet came home happy and healthy. They have always been nothing but transparent, professional and caring in my experiences with them. During this most recent stay Dr. Belaunde kept us up to date with extremely detailed information and photos of our pet in a manner I would consider above and beyond typical standards of care. She helped us feel comfortable with the after care and follow up process. I cannot recommend this place enough and there’s no one I trust more for emergency veterinary care.”

“I was visiting my parents for Thanksgiving and my dog had a ruptured abscess and needed to be seen immediately. Luckily because we have Banfield pet insurance, we were able to visit this Banfield hospital. They were able to squeeze him in that day and all of the staff was extremely kind. We so appreciate that they made the effort to help us out and take care of our pup! He is almost fully recovered now. Sometimes I find some Banfield pet hospitals are slow to answer the phone, but this location was very responsive and also called us with updates since we had to do a drop off. Thank you again for helping us out!”

“Louie had an encounter with a raccoon, so I took him to the vet. We met our new veterinarian and vet tech, and Louie was surprisingly calm and comfortable throughout the visit. It was a great experience! The new office is beautiful, too. I can’t complain about the prices because vet care seems to be expensive everywhere, although the office visit fee did go up. 🐾❤”
