“Paul and his daughter are both incredibly kind and lovely to speak with. My husband passed unexpectedly and I wanted our son and daughter to be able to wear his watches at the service. I also needed my watch which was a birthday gift from my husband sized in order to wear it as well. In the chaos, I left this for the last minute and walked into the store without even calling ahead. Paul told me that the watches would be ready by the next day before the services. He even texted me when they were complete. I walked into the store and met his daughter who assisted us. On the receipt in place of the cost, Paul had written “I’m so sorry for your loss” and didn’t charge me for anything. I almost burst into tears. It was a beautiful moment of kindness during the most trying time. I hope to return to the shop in the future to find graduation gifts for my children when they finish school at the store that provided support without knowing us at all.”

They are expert at repair (I have white gold art deco bracelet, very delicate, they have fixed more times than I care to say) They also replaced a sapphire that had fallen out of my gold ring and fixed the bezel prongs which had worn down over the years. They are fast, they are honest and they are gracious, not to mention the work they do is perfect. I highly recommend them for both new jewelry and for repairs. They are the best!”
