“The owner Karen is incredible, I was running in at the last few minutes of closing due to work and she was very understanding. She was very informative, gentle and helpful! I was relieved she was able to help me from what size and color to pick wear under my bridesmaid dress . Also this is my second purchase from this store. I brought a faja in December in a different color and it’s in great condition. I wear it and get compliments on my figure it’s like an instant flawless BBL ladies !!!!”
“We have been customers of Duluth Trading since the early 2000's--mostly online as the brick and mortor in Ramsey, NJ did not open until 2018. We love coming to this store because the staff are friendly and always willing to help.
On our most recent visit in May 2024, we saw Karl hustling to keep the clothing folded & organized and Barbara working diligently behind the counter. Both were very helpful and provided us with good information regarding the current sale items.
We can't wait for the next time we're in the area to stop in!”

“came in with my pup after doing some quick google research finding out that yes i can bring her in, awesome experience and everyone adored her, will definitely be coming back even if its just to have a quick little walk around the store ?( side note: i will add that as dog owners, please always keep in mind to make sure your pup / dog is ready for store trips, there will be other ppl, kids, dogs possibly and one wrong incident may ruin it for others, accidents obviously may happen but a well behaved doggo reflects on you as the owner 9 times out of 10 ? )”

“Gap factory located inside Bergen Town Center. Big parking lot in the mall. Very convenient.
They have all the sections for men women children and sports wears. We went to get some pants for my kid. Honestly I never purchase anything in full price. Always wait for discount.
Highly recommend to get their credit card for being a member. The perks are great: extra discounts, cash back on purchases etc.
Line to check out is always long on the weekends but it does move quickly.”

“Huge shout out to Claudia Lopez in the Paramus store. At the time of purchase I did not realize I was charged 3X for a single roll of wrapping paper. During a very stressful time in my life, she was able to research and rectify this oversight without my needing to return to the store.
Kohl’s has been my go to store. I have not adapted to the new Paramus location yet, but will absolutely make an effort to do so as a thank you for her efforts to go above and beyond!

“I walked into her boutique with a tired, grumpy and unhappy attitude and she turned it right around. I ordered two dresses that were completely out of my comfort zone and was panicking because none of my bras were fitting the dress right. I was frustrated!!! I had an hour before the bus came and I ran to Gena store and bought two amazing bras. Immediately tried them on and it was perfect with the bra. She literally made my day!! She really knows her stuff and has a bra for every person.”
