Service: I’ve been here twice for small repairs, and the service was amazing! Both Phil and Geoff are very professional and knowledgeable! We had lots of small scratches on our car for some reason, and Geoff offered to buff them off and our car looks like new! The second time was replacement of a door handle. I came with the part I purchased from my dealer and they were able to paint and install it very quickly. I’m very thankful to have a dependable auto repair shop near me!

Price: more than reasonable. I called around and this place beats them all!

Overall: hopefully I don’t need their service again but if I do, I’ll be back!”

“Working with Mario Auto was a very pleasant experience from the start. Claudia was extremely helpful in navigating the entire experience from beginning to end. She helped with getting the vehicle to the shop, how to handle insurance, and even made sure i was able to get a perfect color match. I’ve personally never had to deal with a vehicle accident let alone actual body repair on a vehicle and she made it so easy. She was even available past closing time for me to come by with documents and key drop off.

The technicians that worked on my vehicle were very helpful as well and did an amazing job on the repairs. As stated they were able to perfect match the new pieces which i was very afraid of given it’s a very vibrant white car that had slight yellowing in some spots. They washed the car for me and even were able to remove some of the spots that were on my doors and skirts that i thought would never come off. The car looks as good as the day i bought it nearly 5 years ago.

Also, to the guy who tried to say this shop was dirty in the reviews, this is one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever been to, even cleaner than a lot of chain shops. 10/10 would go here again and trust them with all my future vehicle auto-body needs.”

“Executive Collision (Englishtown location) was wonderful to deal with! I hit a deer. It took out half my grill and did engine damage. I am new to the area and didn’t know where to take my car. Executive Collision was recommended by my insurance company and I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised! Anthony Jr was a gentleman, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The shop kept me updated on the repairs and my car was ready on the date they promised. The car looks brand new like nothing happened! They even washed my car and tire-shined the tires! “I had hit a deer at high speed so I needed a lot of the front end replaced. I have never needed to use a body shop before so I was at the mercy of recommendations and internet searches. I called places that told me it would take a least a month, or couldn’t even see me for a month, and then I found this place - and I really wish I had called them first.

I spoke to Louis on the phone and explained to him what the situation was. The first thing he said to me after I finished was “are you alright?” I was instantly sold. This is the only body shop I called where they actually asked me if I was alright, and not “yeah we can do that” or “bring it in.” It was so unbelievably nice to have a real human interaction with someone.

I am unnecessarily over-obsessive with my car, but it came out absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Patrick and Louis are so easy to communicate with and they kept me well informed throughout the whole process.

“If you’re in need of an auto body shop and/or mechanic, Aberdeen Auto Collision is hands down the absolute best in our area! I just can’t say enough about Alex and the whole amazing team there. I dropped off my RX 350 last week with a banged up front bumper and cracked grill. I picked it up today and it looks brand new again, thanks to their incredible work. I’m blown away by their level of customer service, expertise, quality of work, how quickly they were able to order and get the parts from the manufacturer, and get the job done so professionally, in such a timely manner. From beginning to end, they handled everything, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. “I feel awkward even having to leave a review based on incomplete repair … we picked up our vehicle after being called and told it was ready .. only to find that the car had begun smoking 20 minutes after driving back home … we were told to observe it over the weekend as it was likely just water on or in the hoses being expelled since the radiator had been replaced when (Infact this looks to be antifreeze that I am wiping off that seems to be splashing everywhere under the hood). I come out this morning and peek under the hood to top the vehicle off with windshield fluid and notice and entire section of the air intake assembly was not properly secured to the vehicle.. I should not be able to
Lift this section almost a foot away from where it should be secured by bolts…this is frustrating since we returned our rental and now will have no clue of the length of time it may take to have this fixed the RIGHT way ‼️

“We had a good experience getting our car serviced here.

One thing to note is that they expect the cars to be dropped off early in the morning (8 AM) for them to start taking a look at the car. So even though one's appointment just says a date, they expect the car to be dropped off at 8 AM. This is not a huge issue, but we weren't informed about it while reserving our first appointment. During our second appointment, we dropped off the car early and everything went smoothly.

Also, they are open on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, NOT ALL Saturdays. Good to know beforehand.”

“An amazing experience from start to finish. Even before I set foot in the dealership, they kept in communication, confirming the appointment several times. The morning of the appointment, they confirmed again and confirmed that the specific vehicle was still in inventory.
When I arrived, I could see that my specific vehicle was in the cute little camping and doggie display. When I told my sales rep that it was the car I wanted, she leapt into action, drove the vehicle out of the display, and got me into it for a test drive.
The negotiation process went really well. They already had the best price in the area, but once I was in front of the their desk even more $$$ came off. Shout out to Irina.
The dealership itself is so comfy, with a quiet room for waiting and working, another waiting room with TV, plenty of snacks and coffee and tea. I'm not a pet owner but was impressed by their pet area and amenities.
Service department seems to run like a well-oiled machine. The largest number of female employees I've ever seen at a dealership, in all departments, (although I didn't see the mechanics).
My great experience continued through to the Finance Office, where Nancy was clear at explaining everything, didn't push any extras on me too hard, but explained all my options in clear language and without rushing.
Every single person I encountered was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I loved Katie's enthusiasm down in service, as I admired her Subie ink and we laughed and compared photos of all our previous Subarus.
Hands down the best purchase experience I have had in 23 years of owning Subarus.”
