“There was a dent on my 2020 Lexus LX 570 caused by an unidentified driver in a parking lot. After shopping around for a couple of days for a body shop to do the repairs, I went to DND Auto Body which is near where I live. Other auto body shops had quoted me outrageous prices, so I had decided not to repair it. When I entered the reception area of DND Auto Body, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and I also noticed how clean the facility was. In no time, she called Mateo to inspect the car and give me an estimate for the repair of the dent. Mateo was very courteous and professional. Much to my dismay, Mateo gave me an estimate which was 25% of what two other body shops had quoted me. Without hesitation, I authorized the work. Mateo told me it was going to take about 2 days to complete. A day later, I dropped the car off to Mateo. He even gave me a ride home. The work was completed the following day. The bumper looks meticulous and the paint is the exact match. Mateo, thank you very much for your unquestionably superlative skill and knowledge. If I ever need a body work, this is the auto body shop I will go to. Mateo has earned my trust and I will spread the good word around. “Ultimate Collision is ULTIMATELY the best choice when it comes to collision restoration. I've had work done at Ultimate Collision on a few different cars (including sports cars), over the past several years, and I have always had a positive experience, as well as suburb outcomes. Jerry, the owner, is very professional, personable, and patient. He never rushes me when initially assessing the damage to my car, and he takes the time to explain the details of the process in a way I can understand.
His staff members, especially Bridget and Orville, provided excellent customer service. They provided me with a lot of assistance with the insurance process, and they kept me updated the whole time, which really put my mind at ease. Bridget is so friendly and respectful, and Orville took the time to provide extremely helpful advice about the options that were available to me.
As far as the outcome, my car looked incredible and beautiful, looking a LOT hotter than it has ever looked over the past several years...including the interior!
I'm not exaggerating when I say a few people asked if it was a new car (it's a 2015)! People who I didn't even know made positive comments about how amazing my car looked.

“I just want to say that Rich needs to get employee of the century. I had a situation where I needed help immediately, otherwise I was going to be stranded at a friend’s house. Rich without hesitation - jumped into customer service mode and SAVED me so much time, money, frustration, and confusion. I was so grateful that I went back to personally thank him and tried to get him a coffee or something and he politely declined stating that it’s part of the job. It’s been awhile that I had an exchange with someone with that much integrity and actual care for the customer outside of a sale. I have a store location three seconds from my house but I am driving the 15 minutes to come here moving forward. Management, please let me get this man some Panera or something. I would highly recommend this location. 100/10 stars!”
