He patiently worked through the problem until everything was set up perfectly. What impressed me the most was his dedication to customer service. Even while other customers were coming into the store, he greeted each person warmly, let them know there would be a short wait, and then returned his full attention to helping me. “Ron checked out both my older 2510 and my 2950 and installed my SR-A10 with a flat SWR. He had to replace a diode in the 2950 cause it wouldn’t turn on, quick 2 minute fix. He even invited me in to the back to show what each radio was doing. Can’t say enough good about his personal service that day, and it was a 45 minute ride for me and I was VERY pleased”
