“I love that everything can be done digitally from purchasing the unit to entering the facility. Check-in as extremely smooth, especially utilizing the app which allows you to open the gate to the unit and see your storage information. Shiv greeted me as I pulled into the facility and took his time assisting me in navigating the property as well as showing me my unit and making sure I was comfortable opening and closing it. He explained the hours, price changes if and when they happen, as well as answering all questions I had. It was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to using this facility.”

I walked inside and was granted by a young man. “Long hair” he was super nice and even drove me to another unit to see if it was a little lost he entire experience was so pleasant. You don’t find customer service like that anymore. I stored at public storage and this was far better. I’m sad my car won’t fit. Thank you for making my experience so good.”

“I got a great rate for the holiday, and I keep that rate for months to come! I only plan on using for a short time, but couldn’t be happier. It’s clean, easy, and safe. 5x10 is the rental size I included a photo of, ceiling is about 8 feet high. The property manager answered my only question easily, and returned a miss call immediately. Great vibes all around.”

“I had the easiest and most stress-free process in getting a unit at Lock-Up Storage in Edison. Moving is already a headache as it is. It's such a relief to find a storage location that alleviates unnecessary headaches when it comes to renting a storage unit I honestly wish I had found them a lot sooner. I was able to complete the rental agreement online at my own convenience and they were courteous enough to show me around which units would work best for me and if I needed to make any changes. The service was great and they answered every question I had and were honest with what size unit would best work for me and what kind of door. The prices online are such a bargain. I would definitely RECOMMEND this location if you want to save yourself time and more square feet for your buck!!! ?”
