The staff was very friendly and professional—especially Yazan, who went above and beyond to help me. He really knew what he was doing, and I’ve honestly never seen someone so competent at their job. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for him specifically. Highly recommend doing the same!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They’re rude and disrespectful to customers. I came in wanting to exchange coins for cash and the female bank teller with blonde hair was being passive aggressive towards me and making snarky comments because a couple of rolls had more coins than the others. I had informed her that these were not my coins and I was asked by a family member to roll them so I was unsure how much everything was. She said “we don’t do this here.” Very passive aggressively pouring the coins out and counting them, giving me nasty looks etc. you are better off going somewhere else to do your banking because the way they treat people at this chase bank location is unacceptable.

In fact, to close an account they suggest you make an appointment.
Go to Unity directly across the street.

I had an outstanding experience at Chase Bank recently, thanks to John Capo. From the moment I walked in, John went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. His professionalism and genuine care were evident throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all my questions, provided insightful advice, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. John’s exceptional customer service truly stands out and made my banking experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Chase Bank, especially if you have the chance to work with John Capo. He is a true asset to the team!

I came to branch and opened an account a few weeks ago when I was home and I never got an account number or ATM card yet and being overseas how can I transfer money to my account?very poor service (they suppose to mail me Detail of account to my address )

Worst customer service. I have been going to this bank last 8 years and never saw this management before. Manager Jim doesn't know how to talk to customer. Instead of helping out he was very rude.

Waited almost 20 mins on a line with 4 people infront of me and then went to the drive thru to be told that it’s going to more time because there’s a big line in the front… I believe he was the manager. I understand he had a line but it’s not my problem and I have no need to know that his tellers called out. If it’s taking 20 mins for them to see one customer then maybe the ones sitting at the desks without any customers should help. People have places to be during business hours. We can’t just wait for the bank and be told they are short staffed

I have been a chase customer for over 40 years 15 at this location. It is progressively gotten worse year over year..The manager and his cohorts at this location are absolutely horrible!The one manager entice me to do a short term CD and change my account wrong so my old account which I had for years enabled me to get free money orders, safety box, and checking.She did not tell me this or discloses to me.They have been adding charges to my account month over month hidden fees. They are very sneaky.The one manager I went to the other day spent 20 minutes on his computer trying to justify the $85 charge for the safety deposit box, which they did not notify me of.Chase is no longer customer centric. They are all about nickel and diming you to death and trying to get you to pay for monthly service is rake you. Across the coals. I would avoid doing business here. There are so many other choices.

WARNING- Chase Bank Lake Hiawatha, NJ Branch CustomersBeware of teller Pia! Pia took full advantage of her position at the bank to overstep her boundaries and made unwarranted changes to our family's bank account. She decided to involve herself with my family's affairs not because she was instructed to but because she chose to be deceitful and had access to do so. When I confronted her she attempted to insult my intelligence by denying her actions but I am 100% certain of Pia's involvement as she was the only teller privy to the information needed to make the changes. She went as far as to try to cover her tracks by putting notations in the account to make it appear as if her actions were prompted by an outside entity. (I have a recording from this entity denying their involvement) Because she is currently under investigation by Chase executive office I am refraining from sharing all of the details but upon speaking with the manager of another branch she assured me that Pia's actions would be deemed unethical. (My accusations towards her do not involve any monetary transactions) Chase has procrastinated for 2 weeks investigating and trying to come to a resolution as I continue to witness her having access to bank accounts which belong to members of my community & this does not sit well with me. If she made changes to our account and tried to cover it up then it makes me question what else might she be capable of trying to hide? And because Chase is still knowingly employing a deceitful, unethical person then my response to them would be to let their Lake Hiawatha branch customers aware of this information. Please share this with anyone who may bank at this branch.
