“We are thrilled for Target! To have a store that carries everything we need & being able to shop other then buy on-line is important to me.. Please open a register or two so we could check out without the self checkout. It’s ok for purchasing a couple things, but not when we have a lot..I am also happy acout CVS being in Target.. they are also very nice & makes it much more convenient for everyone”

“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”

In particular, Brian’s thorough explanations and his considerate approach toward those less familiar with technology clearly demonstrate a level of professionalism that significantly enhances the overall customer experience.”

“After being rudely dismissed from the Wayne store, I decided to take a drive over to the Butler store. Walked in and Juan and Adrian immediately welcomed us and were eager to help in any way they could. Adrian is seriously an angel sent straight from heaven. He spent four hours with me trying to fix my phone all while helping the ten other people who walked in needing help also. He was a one-man show and was holding it down like a boss. He was so kind and so helpful and I am so grateful for him. I highly recommend this store. T-mobile, give this man a raise!”

“Ryan and their father did a phenomenal job helping my parents set up their somewhat complicated home entertainment system. When my parents were ready to downsize to an apartment, Ryan was able to disassemble, transport, and reassemble the whole system. I was so impressed with his dedication to the job and flawless work. We will absolutely be working with him again in the future.”

345 Mt Hope Ave Ste 1001, Rockaway NJ 07866
“I recently ordered a Meta Quest 3S for my son through the app for pickup at the Best Buy location in Rockaway, New Jersey, and I wanted to share how smooth and pleasant the experience was. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right at the door. The pickup process was quick and easy. At the register, Sarah assisted me, and she was outstanding. She greeted me warmly, asked how she could help, and once I mentioned I was there for a pickup, she efficiently requested the code and my ID. She politely excused herself to retrieve the item from the back and returned promptly. Once everything was complete, she thanked me and sent me off with a beautiful, genuine smile. You could really tell she takes pride in her work and values great customer service. Thank you again, Sarah — and thank you to the team. From a loyal customer.”

“Dear Mr Manager, Rockaway Store, NJ I'm the customer who wanted the Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra but due to its weight, I chose the s25 Plus instead. However I notice the Billing charges in the app and online are for the deleted phone. Please make necessary corrections as I am certain the phone in my possession is the Plus version as verified in my phone's settings. About which shows my name and the Galaxy s25+ together.”

“I had the Good Fortune, pleasure and opportunity to do business with Jadiel. Jadiel has all the talents of an outstanding customer service person. While answering all my repeated questions he never showed attitude, impatience, or aggravation while handling all of my issues, being a woman of 78 years of age and not at all versed in these new technologies. His knowledge was very obvious in his explanations of what was needed to make my new phone work where I can handle it. Jadiel's major concern was to assure me that he and I would accomplish and resolve these issues and that's exactly what happened. Jadiel is an asset to that location. I have already told my friends that if they ever go to this location in Livingston make sure you let Jadiel be your person.”

“If I could give Brian a 10 I would. He went above and beyond to make sure everything on my phone was correct. He treated me with so much respect and kindness. I told him to keep his demeaner and he will go far. He was working at the Middlesex office for the day but I had to let Morristown know they have an employee who is a diamond in the ruff. What an asset you have.”
