Had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn Parsippany, thanks to Ele at the front desk! She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly attitude and local recommendations made my trip so much better. Huge thanks to Ele—she truly made my stay memorable!

Very disappointed in this property. Simply put last month was our wedding and we had family from out of town stay here for our wedding. We made wedding gift bags for them to receive at check in to make them feel special and for making the trip here.
So one of the things on our to do list happened to be was dropping off these gift bags at the front desk during the week before the wedding and let the front desk be known and aware which rooms these are for as the guests check in. It was one agent she was an older woman who helped me match up each of the 3 bags to the reservation. 3! I stressed to make clear several times if you can please make sure these guests receive a bag at check in and maybe put it in your system. I saw her write something down and not type anything in the hilton systems under any reservation.
On the day of their arrival we find out no wedding bag was given, and they were still shoved in the back behind the front desk. We approached the front desk that evening why this had not occurred. They said they forgot to do it and NO APOLOGY AND DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO DROP THEM IN THE ROOMS. The younger lady that night just asked if we wanted them back. For a brand like Hilton this is absolute garbage and childs play. This was not a whole wedding block of 30 thirty rooms, it was 3 rooms!!!! I really hope this property will contact us back after reading this review because it ruined the night before our wedding. Look forward to hearing back *UPDATE NOTHING WAS DONE…JUST A DEFAULT LAME RESPONSE, WOULD LOVE A REAL SOLUTION

The hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay, the rooms were clean. It exceeded my expectations. Eli was very friendly and great with us. I would love to come back here again

I had a wonderful experience with Hampton Inn in Washington DC so my expectation was high with this hotel too. Although the bathroom was outdated still reasonable room condition for the overnight stay but the breakfast was disgrace.
It looked variety of selections and staff was friendly however, the quality of food was unacceptable. Bagel tastes like it’s been kept in the freezer for a long time and the sausage patties were terrible. It was old and smelly, I spitted out. Baked Potato was dry and the pre-made omelet with some kind ham & vegetable stuffing wasn’t taste. Nobody was taking the omelet because we all knew it’s been just microwaved..
I wasn’t planned to post a negative review but after being double charged (image attached), I called them for their attention and refund but the front desk was very rude, unwilling to solve this matter. So, I ended up calling Hilton guest service and created case to resolve this matter.
This hotel needs to improve the quality of food and encourage front desk staffs to smile more.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Not bad. Good breakfast. Nice pool but crowded and loud. Toilet paper ran out in main lobby. Elevator had food dropped on floor that took a couple of rides to disappear. Cleaned our room but forgot to replenish sugar and creamer. Decent place to stay.

Rooms: Well kept but starting to show its age. TV service stopped on second day. In room fridge had frozen block of ice in back so inop as well. Common hallways have lessor AC so mosquitos were prevalent
Food and drinks: Awesome free breakfast. Coffee and tea station. Bottles of water given upon arrival and daily.
Noteworthy details: Facility tied together with a main Hilton. Has a water pond adjacent and even saw some deer nearby.
