“So i have had my fair share of problems with ups lets just say a strongly and undoubtedly hate their drivers with a burning passion because they are liars and lazy. But this facility does help the frustrated clientele with out giveing more problems. You just have to basically know their policy and have facts, proof of what you are trying to do or report. Ive had my delivery skipped or put down as wrong directions so many times because drivers dont think because they have no brains or because the package was to heavy and instead of calling the provided number they would rather just put down wrong address or owner wasnt home when they never checked in the first place ( i have video proof of this ?) but anyways the people here at the ups facility helped out alot and made the problem easy to fix and never gave me a hard time except when i didnt have my license changed yet to the address and i needed some kind of proof that i live there and i am who i am but we handled that no problem and that was on me honestly so i will say this is a good place to take care of your needs”
