The hotel's ambiance is described as beautiful, with a large, garden-like atrium featuring paths, seating, and water features that create a tropical resort-like atmosphere. The staff is generally praised for their professionalism and helpfulness, with one reviewer specifically highlighting the excellent service provided by the concierge, Jason. The complimentary breakfast is well-received, offering a wide variety of options, including sausage, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, cereals, and more. However, some guests have noted areas for improvement, such as the need for better maintenance and attention to cleaning details. Concerns have been raised about the condition of the carpets, with reports of rips, bubbles, and tripping hazards. Additionally, the requirement to pay for parking, which was described as a "money grab," has been a point of contention for some visitors. Overall, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay for many guests, with its beautiful surroundings, spacious rooms, and helpful staff. While there are some areas that could use attention, the hotel remains a popular choice for those visiting the Parsippany area.
