“We stopped at this location only to switch a vehicle that was picked up at another location. The vehicle had no oil and we had started a roadtrip.
The dealer was quick to clean a car for us and get us on the way.
I have reduced stars because the other lady who accompanied the very nice gentleman had a horrible attitude and was visibly angry for some reason. She seemed very annoyed that she had to help us under a time crunch.”
“I am sharing my positive experience with the customer service team at the Parsippany location.
The agents were incredibly patient and kind while helping us resolve a billing issue with Budget Truck Rental. We were incorrectly charged a cancellation fee due to a corporate error and faced additional charges for a new reservation. However, the owners at this location stepped in to help us resolve the situation.
I highly recommend this location for its excellent service. I suggest contacting them directly to make a reservation rather than going through the corporate office.”

“I mistakenly booked my reservation for the wrong date and Jen saved the day, as I was stranded out of state. She helped me book another reservation for the right date and walked me through the process. Thank you, Jen!”
