“I was a bit nervous coming to New York with a friend who uses a scooter. Once we found this place I felt at ease from the very beginning. Cheryl was very polite and professional to work with. The drivers Carlos and Brian did a great job dropping and picking up van from EWR airport. Their communication with me was great coordinating where and what time to meet. Even if they were going to be early or a few minutes late because of New York traffic they let me know. Would rent from them again.

“Much thanks to Josh and Mavel, they were super friendly and professional.
My car was in the shop for a day so I need to rent a car for a day and get my car back from shop the next day.
As a president circle member, they were able to give me the key of the car within 5 minutes, and it was a free upgrade from economy to a bronco sport(not my favorite TBH but way better than Spark that I booked).
The next day, my car was not ready on time so I would need to return late. They were kind enough to give me the 4 hour grace period as a president circle member, and they even give me a ride back to the shop to pick up my car. The return is also super easy, and this might be my best renting experience from Hertz ever.”
