Usually I walk in to car places full of fear and dread -- but when I walked in to Firestone today, all of that melted away. I waited in line behind several people, and all of them were treated so kindly and empathetically by the staff. And when it was my turn, Justice listened to me describe my car issues + helped me SO fast. I was prepared to drop my car off for a day or two, but Justice told me to wait a minute or two because it might just be a bad battery + they could test it right away. Lo and behold, he was right! He saved us both a bunch of time, effort, and money. This was the very first time I've felt good about anything car related + its all because of Justice and Firestone !! Thank yall so much

I used to visit Firestone Parsippany auto care, but this my new visit to this same auto care is great experience, i would say it's all because of Emilio Minicucci Store Manager. He is excellent in receiving and explaining the issues and best fix for them. My car long time issue that is shaking and vibrating while driving 60 mph is fixed this time with help of this Emilio, he actually suggested to go for Wheel alignment and tire rotation. Really happy with the Emilio the way he is treating customers. The store is great with having great technicians. No long waiting time for fulids change. Thanks to Emilio , will visit again this store.

Emilio the service manager was a great help in getting my car fixed quickly without an appointment. I come here for my oil change and maintenance regularly and I’m very satuwith their service.

The worst customer service they are laughing on the customer and it feels very disrespectful
And there charges are very high I will urge all the people to not go in Firestone for any kind of services

Just got my oil change and had a great experience. Emilio, the service manager, was professional, courteous, and made the whole process smooth and q. Really appreciated the clear communication and quick turnaround. Highly recommend this location!

They confirmed the appointment , and when you reached the store for appointment the sales person say we have to cancel and make another appointment, after making time out of your whole day schedule you have to face this , don’t give appointments if you can’t make time for scheduled appointments.

Went there for a A/C inspection which cost $9.99
I end up paying $244.00 and nothing was fixed on the car
The person at the front desk Anthony said I need a new A/C compressor which cost $4,500.00
It seems like a scam
Very disappointing
My vehicle is Mercedes GLE 350 2016
I feel as if I was taken for a ride that cost $244.00

Store Manager, Adoni, is completely ignorant, when it comes to vehicle repairs, and very unprofessional. As a Master Technician, for 20 years, I have never seen such ignorance in this business. I will no longer be recommending Firestone to my friends and family.

Been a royal customers at that place for nearly 20 years. But last 2 and half years had been the worst car service of my life. Did whole brake service two years ago, and car never run the same anymore, did two more times and end up the same issues, ruing my car. And spend over 8000 dollars still run very bad, and today they told me I need to spend whole a lot more to fix. They are just scum right now, not just brake, I bought 4 set of tires from them too, not cheap one. They are just scum and will cheat on you if you trust them with worst altitude ever. Customer who spend over 12000 dollars at the store in two years can not complain. What kind service and altitude is that. I will never bring my car back to them again. Other location with very bad altitude too. Firestone is garbage right now.

Had an alignment done because the Denville location did a terrible job last time and apparently didn’t have time to rectify it. Parsippany location did a great job. Will definitely be going back to the parsippany location again. Thank you!

One of the top five worst experiences of my life.Could not have been any more disappointed in the service and the flat out lying about the work that was supposed to be done. I just can’t imagine how many people who have been blatantly robbed and mislead in the work that should be done because they just don’t know enough about cars and trust them to do the right thing.i could go on and on but tired of thinking of this experience. Needless to say i have lost all trust on name brand businesses taking advantage of their reputation in order to take advantage of everyday hard working people.TERRIBLE
P.S this is my first ever review that’s how mistreated I was !!! I will never deal with Firestone again
