“I highly recommend this store for your mattress. We bought a mattress for my mother in law and the day it was delivered she went into the hospital and unfortunately passed away.
The delivery guys were so nice with her as she was very elderly.
Anyway, we exchanged the mattress for another one for us and the salesperson ( Sue) was so professional, accommodating and friendly.
I highly recommend their establishment.”

“My wife and I went in just to test a couple of different mattresses. We were met by Syed. He was very helpful took his time answered all our questions and gave us a deal we could not refuse.. We have the bed for about two weeks now and we love it. We ended up getting a Beautyrest black series hybrid series one Syed told me that they sell furniture, so I just went back today and purchased a sofa from him as well. I highly recommend the store and will be going back when I need additional bedding and furniture. Thank you.”

“My wife and I spent time reviewing the numerous mattress purchase options available to be tested in the showroom with Bobby who guided us through our likes and dislikes to help us settle on a helix luxe mattress. We were torn between the twilight and midnight luxe versions, but settled on the twilight. We had a few more outside options to consider before consummating the purchase so Bobby promised to email us a quote by the end of the day ( which we received within the hour). After mulling our choices over a few days we had a change of mind and decided to go with the midnight luxe and were able to contact Holly at the showroom(we met Holly during our initial visit). She graciously and skillfully accommodated our change request and even identified an additional savings for us through the ongoing promotion. Both Bobby and Holly were fantastic: knowledgeable, cordial, helpful and professional in making the buying experience quick, easy and painless. Kudos to both as we await delivery of our new mattress.”
“I am having difficulty adjusting the firmness of my bed. My app gave me a number to call for assistance. The Number connected me with my local store in East Hanover, New Jersey. James answered and explained that he’s a sales person, but would help me as much as he could. He was terrific. He worked with me for over 45 minutes trying different things . Unfortunately, nothing worked. He finally sent me a number for Customer Service. That number is different from the Customer Service number I had been given previously so I now have two ways to try and get more help. James, it’s a very pleasant and hard-working employee.”

“If you ever need a mattress Wayne Bedding in Bloomingdale is FANTASTIC. When I bought the mattress is was probably the fastest and easiest sale ever. But I got a great price and they just know what they are doing. Then the delivery and setup happened and that was just as fast and efficient as the sale. They are super friendly and I can't say enough good things about Wayne Bedding. Definitely the place I will always go to for mattresses.”
“I found out about you when my husband and I stayed at a Bed and Breakfast. We lived the pillows, so while getting ready for check-out, I pulled all the pillow cases out to see the tag on their pillows. And ah ha! The Phoenix Down Shop. Today I have 2 regular soft pillows and 2 king medium pillows we use as body pillows.
I’ve seen dozens of ads about other “new technology” pillows and it gives me a chuckle because I (finally) have AMAZING pillows.”

“Veteran's Day sale price for Catalina double reclining sofa, $850. Black Friday sale price $697. Delivery set for Dec 5th. We will see if it arrives on time. Dominick at the Fairfield NJ store wouldn't match the Black Friday price or remove the $100 delivery charge. Customer lost forever!
