“I absolutely love Cerbo's for all of my spring and summer plants, but a special THANK YOU for the incredible customer service from Kris today. My employees gave me a generous gift card in December 2024, and I was looking for the email to redeem the certificate for some last-minute Christmas gifts this week. I couldn't find the email with the gift card link anyplace, and Kris was able to locate the gift card in her system and re-issue to me within an hour of my phone call. It could have been so easy to tell me I was out of luck for the lost card....but she went above and beyond in a busy season to help me. This type of service is why I shop local!
