“I was greeted and helped by Robyn before I even entered the store. I told her what I was looking for, and she gave me one of my best experiences ever in a clothing store. She never pressured me to make a purchase, and even when I felt ready to buy, she encouraged me to take my time. She helped me try on a plethora of shirts and shoes, offered me different styles that I wasn’t use to, while also trying to help me stay true to my own style. She was very attentive, and even helped others around me without making me feel forgotten. The other staff in the store was also very polite and helpful. I will be coming back here to make purchases regularly, and I’d recommend City Workshop to anyone looking to buy clothes.”

John did not only style me but also picked these amazing comfortable boots for me. My first trip there and John made me feel very welcoming and comfortable on purchasing my first western apparel attire. Prices are great and he dedicated all of his time into helping me. “We came here for my daughter’s first pair of shoes. The staff was super friendly and eager to help from the moment we walked in. Joanna is absolutely amazing. She is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and really took the time to assist us. She measured my daughter’s foot, helped us get her shoes on (which can be a challenge with a 14 month old), and gave us advice on which shoes we should get/why some pairs may be better than others. You can tell that she truly cares. My daughter has not wanted to stop walking since her new comfortable shoes!!! So happy! “There are a lot to choose from. It took me a long time to decide what I wanted. Mostly because there are so many choices. The store seems well organized. The shoes on display had the boxes of different sizes right under them. I was surprised they didn't get all shuffled up. They had my size for almost every type of shoe. My size is 10 or 10 and 1/2. I ended up buying two pairs because there were different kinds I wanted. One was a moccasin and the other was a Slip-On walking shoe. They had a sale to get the second one at 50% off. Plus I signed up for a free membership and got 10% off.”

“I worked with an extremely helpful and knowledgeable associate named Frank .I so wanted to buy the sneakers based on his recommendation but wanted a different color and went to the Millburn location as they have a bigger inventory but found the salesperson not so thorough as Frank therefore could not buy one. Have to check online.”
“This the second pair of shoes that were sent that didn't fit. Went to local store in Short Hills Mall and was helped by the Assistant Store Manager - Stephon Hammond. He was extremely apologetic, even though it was not his fault, but the fault of their warehouse / Fulfillment Center down South. I would buy in this store because of Stephon. He is a model employee that if I owned a business, I would want Stephon working on my team. He exemplifies excellent qualities especially people skills, which unfortunately, many get wrong. “Came to get Halloween PJs but they weren't out on the floor yet. When I asked a saleswoman I got the best service I could ever ask for.
Shea definitely went above and beyond! She said they just got their Halloween shipment but looked for the sizes we needed then since they didn't show up in stock was sweet enough to roll out the entire rack for us to look at to see if something else would work. She also offered to order what we needed but were only in town for a day.”
“Great customer service at the Anthropologie store in SH Mall.I recently came in to look for an item that was not in the store and was told that they'd place the order for me to arrive by mail, but because I ordered it through the store, there would be no shipping charge.They have many nice things in the store. The style isn't exactly what I'm used to wearing, but every once in a while there will be an item that I'll purchase that will look phenomenal & I'll get a lot of compliments for.However, their home goods are really great - nice variety, good quaity & nice colours.”

“Stopped in the short hills location earlier today to pick up a few pairs I had ordered online. They didn’t quite fit as expected but I was able to exchange them for the sizes that fit me best thanks to Kathy. She knew every detail of every shoe and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchases. I will definitely be returning for a pair of boots soon!”
