I brought my car in early morning knowing the Mechanic had several cars ahead of mine, I was expecting them to have it overnight or at least we’ll into the evening, but they called me within hours letting me know my car was ready. Fastest service I’d ever received. The owner Sergio is also not only professional but incredibly kind hearted. “I brought them my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to K&K, It was burning oil and misfiring like crazy. I talked to the owner Noah who told me I needed to rebuild the engine and gave me the best local price after quoting a couple other shops. I also purchased the extended warranty for the 3 years. So far after 18 months my truck runs better then new, no more burning oil or misfires. Thank Goodness I didnt trade it in and buy a different truck.”

“I must say this was an Amazing appointment.
I made a Thursday morning service appointment: Passaic Nj 811 Main Ave location.
Meet up with Ray who I made the appointment with. He looked me up on the computer, when over what was going to be done & took my keys. Asked me to have a seat & pulled my car in. They put it up on the lift & did a full inspection of the car & what was going to be repaired. Called me over to show me, what needed & what was going to be done.
There thec, D. Gracia, got to work on the car. He had to do some welding on my pipes. I must say it was impressive. Weld was beaded nicely, weld was clean & right & he gave it fresh painted touch ??
Ray called me to take a look @ the work done & I gave them the thumbs up??. Ray then sent me a invoice & full service report. Which was impressive as well. It had a detailed ck list with pictures of concerns my car had. Ray also asked if I was interested in two other services I may have needed down the line. Which was cool & I appreciated that. Received my bill, looked it over, paid it in full. With a smile?. I came in Loud ?? but left out not heard ?or seen.

My heater core was gone according to 2 other "mechanics". He flushed it out and tried an old fashioned remedy with molasses and chicken soup. It worked!”

“One of my tires popped so I called a bunch of shops the ne t day to get pricing. This place has a huge inventory of used tires in good condition so they had my size. They replaced and mounted it for $40. I watched them checknit for leaks to make sure I'd be good then they mounted it and I was out in less than 30 minutes. I gave them an extra $10 because I was so grateful. The only thing that's was inconvenient was they gave me the old tire to dispose of but I'll just put it out with the trash. Forb$40 I will not complain.”
