“The store itself was clean, organised, and full of beautiful plants and flowers. Most of the employees I interacted with were kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, I had a negative interaction with one staff member in the outdoor garden department. He accused me of taking a cherry stem from a plant when it was already there, and the way it was handled felt rude and unnecessary. Aside from that moment, the rest of the visit was positive.”

The florist delivered a beautiful arrangement to my family but the flowers were not the color i expected. The were willing to replace the arrangement. Unfortunately, my family was not available to do the exchange. They then offered others options. Ive ordered from them for years and they never disappoint on quality and design execution. You can order with confidence. I live in Florida and my family is in NJ so its comforting to know the arrangement represents our sincere Thanksfulness during this season of Thanksgiving.

“I called from out of town and spoke with William, the owner regarding an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday bouquet. We were thrilled with the quality of the flowers and the design. The variety of flowers , country roses, ranunculus, hydrangeas and peonies were gorgeous. William, must have outstanding connections with growers as this was one of the prettiest arrangements I have ordered for my daughter.

“I’ve been going to Soho Flower & Garden in Hoboken for about six years now, and it’s truly a highlight of any week. Every Saturday morning I stop in to pick up bouquets for my apartment, and I’ve never once thought of going anywhere else.
Dom and Katie are wonderful. Katie is one of the most talented floral arrangers I’ve ever met; her eye for design is unmatched, and every bouquet she creates feels like a work of art. Dom is just as skilled, but he also has this incredible depth of knowledge about plants, always sharing the most niche and fascinating details. They complement each other perfectly.
I’ve recommended the shop to so many friends and family, and now they’re loyal visitors too. It's even become a must-visit for my mom who lives in Delaware. Whenever she’s in town, she always pops in to say hi.

“As a new homeowner, I am not very handy at all. Was not sure even sure what to do with a snowblower I was given (does this thing even work? how do I turn it on?)From the very first call, this place went above and beyond. Debbie called me at least 5 times to coordinate pickup and drop off (due to my busy travel schedule)- she was super flexible, informative, and understanding of my needs- and she left so much important detail in her messages to me. For example, I had to suddenly go into the city on the scheduled drop off date, and she found a way to get my drop off scheduled for the next day so I could be there for it- and she also coordinated with the delivery tech to make sure he stopped to show me how to actually use the machine. She did this with minimal contact with me as I was in meetings all day.The tech that picked up and dropped off the snowblower gave me extremely detailed instructions on how to use the machine as was well as tips to take care of it and avoid future issues. Either Debbie told him I had no idea what I was doing, or he could just sense it from my questions- but he did a great job of giving me dumbed down instructions without being condescending or making me feel like an idiot.My experience from my first call to payment and receipt of my machine was exceptional and painless. I was listened to, prioritized, and treated with kindness and respect. I will be using them again for any equipment needs, and recommend you do too- especially if you are intimidated by machines/equipment/are not handy.”
“It's a smaller store than most because it's in midtown. You should check before going to see if they have what you need. If not they will ship it from there Jersey store within a day or two. People are nice.”

“This place is a gem. There are so many items to choose from. They have fresh fruit/ vegetables and shelf stabled items. There are so many other items to purchase. I noticed they had breads, cheeses and jams for sale. They still have a good variety of potted plants and trees. The young lady who waited on me was very pleasant. Please visit/support this farm. “Well the garden area has become Christmas village due to holiday decorations. The store has become completely confusing with the remodel. Some areas they finally combined with like items. Then there are some items that have no similarities placed with each other in same area.That's why there is only 4 stars. I'm sure once renovations area complete I will get used to it. It's just the current inconveniences. Appearance was well kept especially for being during renovations.”

“Need to replace a lightbulb? Saifee's got you. Need a bigger pot and more soil for your growing succulents? Saifee's got you. Need some silver polish for your bracelet that turned black because of chlorine? Saifee's got you (I know, this is very specific but I'm just speaking from experience). Despite its unassuming size, this small shop has everything I could possibly need, and more. If you ever find yourself in need of any hardware supplies, plants, or other gardening supplies, I recommend paying a visit to this local treasure trove!”

“I would like to write about my experience today. My four year old son whom is on the autism spectrum wanted a pumpkin. We live nearby, and he was so excited to see all the pumpkins they have outside. We had a great time looking at all the pumpkins when for an unknown reason my son had a meltdown screaming and kicking on the floor. I did my best picking him up and wanted to purchase his two small pumpkins so we could leave. He went inside and grabbed the candy bowl and attempted to leave. I removed the bowl from his hands and placed it back. I wanted to pay for those two pumpkins and just leave. The owner came in and turned to my son and asked him which of the two small scarecrows did he like. Of course, my son grabbed both scarecrows. I went to pay and they told me it was a gift to my son. I thanked them and started to cry because I felt that we were truly welcomed there. As we walked back to the car, the lady that worked there as well turned to me and said that I was doing a fantastic job. I said I’m sorry my son is on the spectrum and sometimes has meltdowns. She said nothing to be sorry for just wanted you to know you’re doing a fantastic job. This is the prime example of being seen, heard and included. I never felt so welcomed at a place with my son before. Sincerely; thank you from a mom that is truly doing her best.”
“Great placeEverything you need to do your diy job My issue is with Dewalt hammer drill I purchased the drill March 5 of 2022 I used it once to make a hole in Cinderblock I finished the hole and placed it in my container with other tools because I have other standard drills that I use!!I tried it again a year later and it would not work I notified Dewalt and without blinking the woman said I'd have to pay to get it fixed I explained it was used it once I explained If when they open it they find that the damage was my fault then I would pay for it but if it's a defect they should repair it free of charge!I'm still waiting Respectfully Tony Sanchez [email protected]”
