“This was a first time going to all major appliances yesterday November 4th 2025. The young man who helped me was super nice and helped us find a washer & dryer. The price for the LG thin Q washer & dryer we liked was a great deal. Yes, there were a few dents but, I found only 1 small dent on the washer and a very small dent & almost non-visible scratch on the dryer. But, other then that so far no problems with either machines. I couldn't put up the pictures but both machines look really good.”

“The employees at this store are caring and concerned! I came in with my little one and just as we entered she became ill and threw up. First of all a nice customer asked if everything was OK and pointed me to the customer service counter where they had some paper towels. I went to the counter and told the staff who were there what had happened and they gave me paper towels, and proceeded to help me tend to my little one by giving her a bottled water and stood her by the fan to cool off. Also, once that crisis was over I purchased the outdoor chairs that I came in for and the gentleman who checked me out at the checkout area was kind and the other gentleman who assisted me with the chairs brought them to my car and placed them inside.
I am grateful that there were kind people to help me during my visit. Thank you Home Depot.”
