“The card reader to enter the bank wasn't working properly. If you didn't hold on to the card it would have swallowed your card. We've tried many times however, we eventually just tapped the card by the chip side and it finally went through. There's only two ATM's inside but clean.”

“I have had my account here for 15 years and they have always helped me with everything. They even reimbursed me for my money when other people stole from me. That's why I didn't have to go to the bank. That's why there is costumer services to solve my problems. At one time, I got into debt and they saw me off. I made another account in TD bank, they didn't help me much so I closed my account with TD bank and went back with chase bank but for that I paid my debts with them and here I am another vesta I have been back with chase bank for 3 years Their good service and thanks to them I know how to manage my money and how to pay my bills. Thanks to the Chase Bank agents who taught me how to manage the Chase Bank system and today they are my friends. Many blessings to all.”

“This was the best experience Ive had in a bank in a while—- as soon as I walked in, it was busy!! I thought to myself “im gonna be here a while”. Within minutes the Manager Diana come out and assess everyone needs waiting in the lobby, therr were at least 5 of us! Within 10 minutes she calmed an irate customer, assisted another customer that left shortly after with a smile and then she helped me, offered some options and made sure I was fully satisfied within 20 minutes. Her banker and tellers were engaged with all the customers and everything moved very smoothly. 10/10 would recommend”

“ONLY bank in Paterson that has a teller machine which you can park your car right next to and get your money. Of course, it's no parking but if you see a cop, just run back to your car and drive away and they won't ticket you. Great bank. Tellers are nice and pretty. The bank account workers in the cubicles are nice too.”

She took care of me with out issue or attitude, this branch likes money and took it with out hesitation unlike the other branch which does not like money and turned me away.
