Very bad customer service not giving the right information and not able to communicate clearly in English is a problem. No one answers the number they give you. Bad business.

Awful shipping company. They are not responsible at all. They play with people’s time, and they don’t care. They left me waiting for pick up, up to five times which is ridiculous.
