“We have used this company 3 times; November, 2019 and twice in 2020 (and will be using again May, 2022), shipping from Delaware to Dominican Republic.Most of the reviews about professionalism is pretty on point. I'm sure they are super busy and have so many calls coming in and out every day. But no matter how tired, busy or anything else you are, a company should always maintain professionalism. Especially when it's the first person you come in contact with from a company. (This is why they almost got 3 stars) I've always noticed the D.R. office and staff to be a little "chaotic". I was once given a phone number, they told me it was the office, but it actually was the personal number of the secretary ??♀️ I apologized so much, but no one knew what number to call.However, everytime we have used this company, we've always recieved our stuff. It has arrived right around 18 to 20 days after pick up. All items arrived, nothing missing or broken. <----- the main (and most important) reason they got 4 stars)They picked up our boxes in Delaware and dropped off in Puerto Plata (door to door service).Personally, if you can put up with the headache of trying to get a hold of them in the office (either in the states or in DR), you will probably have a good experience with them.As I said, we will be using them again. *will update after we do*”

Or a Package Departing from Teterboro at 11: 46 and it's almost 2:30am. Where is it”
