The worst of the worst!!! An extremely irresponsible company, I sent a box on November 16 and this is the date December 28 that the box has not yet been delivered, and I call Santo Domingo and they tell me one thing and when I call New Jersey they say something else, I am full of rage because of all the contradictory information that I have been told and the staff tells me that I cannot stress over “rubbish” that is what they call my money and my time. Please look at all the other bad reviews of this company, pay attention to all these complaints that are 100% true, do not send your boxes with your belongings, they literally see it as “garbage”.

The worst company and possible scammers, I have been calling the office numbers and the driver for more than a week to give me an account of a box that I delivered to them on December 1st to find out when it will be delivered and no one answers me, I have also called a thousand times to the numbers in Santo Domingo and they don't answer either, if someone can tell me if they are in the same situation, let me know because I don't know what to think anymore, I'm going to give them until the beginning of January or I will report them for fraud and theft, if you see this review better try to answer abusers. This is my first and last time shipping with this company.

Awful shipping company. They are not responsible at all. They play with people’s time, and they don’t care. They left me waiting for pick up, up to five times which is ridiculous.

A very irresponsible company. They assure you that they are going to pick up the boxes and they don't arrive, and they keep you like that for days and days.
This shipping company is very irresponsible, if you are planning on sending anything please look for another company. So many negative reviews can't be a coincidence. They left me waiting more than five times and never showed up.

They are thieves and the worst company they can use if you want what you send to arrive broken or not arrive at all, you can use this company. I had to threaten them to get the box delivered by going to the police.

They are irresponsible. They left me waiting 3 times. I canceled commitments because they were going to look for the box I wanted to send and they never arrived, even though they called me to confirm that they were coming. Very irresponsible

These guys were just on Amity St. In Elizabeth one of the delivery guys pulled down his pants and peed infront of me of the houses. Un asqueroso, les deveria dar verguenza. I tried calling several times but it says you guys are closed. I have it all on my Ring camera. If I see those Delivery guys again on this street, I’m just going to call the cops. I will continue to leave NEGATIVE reviews.

It seems incredible that a while ago I sent a refrigerator, a stove and a microwave, and they delivered the wrong stove, and until now I realized because my sister who was the one who received it had not uncovered it.
