“I’ll be honest, I haven’t always loved coming to this location. I usually try to get in, grab what I need, and head out. In the past, I’ve run into moments where the service felt unfriendly or unhelpful, and when I need real assistance for a project, I’ve sometimes chosen to drive to another store instead.
That said, I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Coco a few times now, and she completely changes the experience. Every single time I deal with her, I feel taken care of. She truly understands customer service. I even saw her calmly step in to mediate an argument between two customers in line about who was first, and she handled it professionally and with confidence.
If more interactions were like that, it would make a big difference. I really hope her approach reflects the direction Home Depot wants for serving the Paterson community.”
“IMO Lowes is better than Home Depot, the store is huge and has everything you need, but I think the parking lot needs to be more organized, I do like the self scan option, that's a plus, oh and I think they need price scanners on the aisle to check prices, that way customers can double check to make sure the prices are accurate...”
