Many visitors appreciate the good prices, especially when they take the time to browse carefully. However, the store has faced several issues recently. Over the past two years, the quality of merchandise has declined, and prices have increased, making it less attractive compared to other thrift stores in the area. Customers often find the selection disappointing, especially given the two-floor layout. Concerns have been raised about the handling of products, with reports that staff and management do not seem to care if items are dirty, broken, or missing parts. Merchandise is often thrown or dropped onto shelves, and some have witnessed breakage during stocking. This lack of care results in broken products, which frustrates customers who do not want to pay for damaged items. Additionally, the basement area has become problematic, serving as a hangout for homeless people who sit, sleep, and even bring children to play with the merchandise. This has transformed the space into a shelter and preschool, which many see as a shame. Totally overpriced, compared to the other thrift stores in the area. And not a great selection at all. I expected way more for being 2 floors!
