“I left rent-a-car empty handed cause the website somehow kicked my rental request thru to Springfield (about an hours away.) It's already 7PM and looking like we're going to need to take a Lyft to my hotel and repeat the process tomorrow. Against what Rent-a-car suggested, which was 'don't waist my time cause they wouldn't have any vehicles left', I followed my first mind and went right over. They instructed me to go online and apply. Did just that and got a vehicle!!! Soooo happy, I went outside and the service staff RASHIDA assisted me! She gave me a very good and reliable vehicle, I was very happy! She also endowed me with some bomb places to check out being a tourist, and she did not disappoint!! We had such a blast! I wish I would have tipped you!!! You made my trip everything! It's people like you that helps to keep my faith with humanity!!! Awesome staff!!”

“No issues with the company, just not a car guy..especially small ones. Tolerated a Nissan Versa for two weeks while my Jeep was being repaired. Front driver tire had air leak and refilled three times in two weeks. I'd use them again if I have to, hopefully I won't need to.”
“The entire experience was great. I received a call the day before my pickup to confirm I was still coming. That made me feel more comfortable that I would have a car there when I arrived.
Pickup and drop off each took about 5 minutes. So easy, efficient and very transparent. Excellent customer service.
No problem with the rental car. It was fairly new with 9k miles. I don't recall if tolls were discussed before I left since I had our my EZpass to use for the toll roads. However, I failed to hold it up on time for one of the tolls. I informed them when checking out and they said I'll be billed later. I'm assuming there might be an added fee. If there is a chance you might travel on toll roads, it would be good to know their policy.
Note: you have to pick up your car during their office hours, but you can drop off when they are closed and leave the keys in a drop box. I dropped it off during hours but it's nice to know this option.

“I had to bring my car into a repair shop and unexpectedly needed a rental car the same day. Pitman Enterprise was able to secure me a SUV over the phone. Upon arrival there wasn't a SUV so they let me have an upgraded vehicle at no extra cost. The Branch Manager Daniel B was super helpful. If I need a rental car again, I will use this branch. THANKS!”

“I should have written this review a while ago but let it slip my mind with so much going on. I had won a gift certificate at a wedding show and the certificate was for a three hour Chauffeured Service ride. When I called up I made a special request that I thought they would not be able to accommodate, but was pleasantly surprised that they made it for me. They were on time and very professional. I would use them again when I need to use this type of service. Thank you so much for all of your assistance and look forward to using you again in the future.”

“Dropped off a one-way rental here - I was confused at first b/c it's right in the middle of downtown so there are 'no stopping zones' everywhere, so I called to ask what to do. You just have to go inside the parking garage to drop off your vehicle. Very nice people and great service! Thank you!”

“"Pro" My rental was a 2021 VW Tiguan great car perfect for my use, interior of SUV was clean and really nice it also had panoramic sun roof that gave us great views. "Cons" was a dent on Driver door but not a big problem , also car exterior was dirty when picked up.”

“The service at the PHL airport location was excellent. Friendly, supportive and professional. However, although the SUV that I rented was only a year old and aesthetically new-looking it ran terribly. It was obviously mistreated by previous renters and not checked for its performance. This SUV hesitated on turns, there was a problem with the gears and it simply did not run well. Since I had no time to waste, on this trip I was unable to ask for another vehicle.”
