“I have to say, I was disappointed with how long I had to wait for the shuttle to take me to my terminal. However, the young lady working the weekend night shift completely made up for it with her outstanding customer service. I wish I could remember her name, but she was working Saturday the 15th at around 3:30 AM.
She truly went above and beyond to help the customers and was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Please give this employee the recognition she deserves, she definitely deserves an award for Best Customer Service!”

“We rented a vehicle from Enterprise at their Manayunk location recently, as we are returning customers, and we honestly can not say enough about the staff there! Montrose, Niyah, and coworkers, are extraordinary! They are a young, energetic, hardworking team who genuinely try to keep the car rental process as smooth and uncomplicated as possible. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because although we did accept the vehicle with visable exterior dirt we were unpleasantly surprised to discover how filthy the last renter left the vehicle. The staff was overwhelmed with customers and just didn't have time to fully detail our rental so it's not entirely their fault. The staff at this location is highly professional and very competent and we recommend this location based solely on the great team they have.”
“I owe Ivan this review since I was not able to rate my experience on the Turo platform due to time constraints.
We arrived from the Southern tip of Florida to PA not knowing what to expect. To be treated with such kindness is priceless, we rented a very nice Toyota Prius - an absolute fuel saver for all the driving we did in the surrounding counties for the two months that we were working there. - Any concerns we addressed to Ivan would leave us comforted knowimg that he had our back & wasn't out to rip us off. It made our stay just so much more manageable as we were dealing with our own challenges that arose but nothing major.
I would absolutely rent again from Ivan, no doubt about it. Thank you Ivan for going above & beyond our expectations.

Montrose at the Castor Avenue Philadelphia location was wonderful, courteous, understanding, efficient.
I did not receive the refund notice from Enterprise, but my credit card company did reflect the revision.

“Rented from here 2 separate times, a sedan and a pickup truck. Both times service was outstanding, give these employees a raise! Pickup truck was returned with no gas right as I arrived, and I was told that I could return it empty. Really appreciated that they got me in and out asap and let me figure out the best way to handle it. I see them cleaning the cars after hours out in the heat. Small but excellent location, nothing but good things to say about the people working here.”

“Everyone at the Germantown Ave branch was so helpful, proactive, and kind. The customer service I received at every point of the rental process was excellent. The woman at the Germantown Ave branch is amazing. It was busy in there, and she was handling several customers and people calling and she handled everything with grace and everyone felt that they were being taken care of and she also just seems to really enjoy her job. A+ 100% 10 out of 10. Enterprise on Germantown Ave is the best customer service experience that I've had in the last year.”
