“First and foremost, the staff is wonderful. Being the original beneficial bank personel. But ever since it switched hands, I've had nothing but problems.extra charges, my account getting screwed up and one day a head ceo of sorts was in and she was rude. The teller was trying real hard to keep the line going, but people were getting antsy. I brought it to her attention and she shook her head as she dismissed me. Then went to our branch manager on what I said about the teller needing help. How unprofessional. But her attitude does not reflect on the staff there. Just glad she's not there all the time.”

Just opened up a business banking account and visited the brach to finish some paperwork. The representatives at the branch are courteous, professional and friendly. “Recently opened checking and savings accounts at Citizens online. There is a $400 bonus for direct deposit and debit transactions within 60 days. SSA usually takes more than 60 days, hopefully my pension dept. is faster. The main point of my review is the grrreat customer service I received at Mt Holly NJ Acme branch. Kesha was my teller and it was one of the best transactions I've ever had in any bank. Kesha filled out my direct deposit form in a flash. She is very friendly and super efficient, it's nice to know that I can go to this branch and get the best customer service. Thank You Kesha for a very helpful banking trip! Francis McMaster”

“Have to give a big shout out to Daniel and his manager Ann. We were old Republic Bank customers and we found out that our bank vault at Republic Bank was gone as the branch was closed. When we called this branch. Daniel was extremely professional and helped us locate our vault and him and his manager sat with us for one hour checking to ensure there was nothing missing. “This is a great bank. The employees are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to help you and they even give you chocolate. I am a professional and I have my office and personal accounts there and I have never had a problem with this bank. I’ve been there approximately 15 years I highly recommend this bank and that you meet the people at the desk as they run the show. “Very happy with this location. I have been in a few times recently. I got a notary done at 830am. Got my online banking reset here. Did regular transactions etc. Staff has always been very nice to me and helpful. I also love the free coin counter. Highly recommend. There were a few 1 star reviews which seem to be someone who didn't know what time the branch opened and another person who doesn't understand that all large checks take a couple days to clear. Cashiers checks are not "as good as cash" as people say. That saying is about 20 years old. Having worked at a bank previously, I know that all banks put holds on large checks. Actually, my deposits seem to clear way faster at Republic than they did at a different bank. I look forward to seeing this bank grow.”
