“We had our passport appointment here this morning and I can not believe how quick and easy the process was. We were early and the appointment before us didn't show, so we were in and out. The lady at the front who prepped our paperwork and took our money orders was short but helpful. Not rude, just not friendly. When Larry took us back to do our photos and process our applications, we actually had a blast. He was just so nice and helped put our anxious daughter at ease. I can not recommend Larry enough!!”

“I've been using this place a lot recently, selling stuff on eBay. The staff are really knowledgeable and efficient, and friendly for the most part. There's plenty of parking and I've only ever stood it queue for a a maximum of a couple of minutes, it's usually pretty quiet there.”
“Nice local post office. There's rarely a line and you can usually be in/out quickly. NOTE the business hours reflect the small community it serves.
(I used to live in a city where the post office served a larger population and had longer business hours so this took a little adjustment for me.)”

My mind was really blown away by the tape in that place. The sevice is nice and there is a MASSIVE selection of P.O. boxes to look at (if you’re sad and for some odd reason P.O. boxes make you happy).”

“I live in Hopewell Borough and have a small business that relies on this post office. I use it daily for multiple services and know it to be 100% reliable. Long-term employees Patty and Colleen even catch my mistakes! Perceptive, honest, AND friendly, this post office is one of our town’s assets.”
“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”

“Although I unfortunately didn't catch her name, the clerk who assisted me a few weeks ago was incredibly helpful. She was very kind when helping me understand which packaging and slips I needed. She then went above and beyond by making me aware that something was missing from my package (which was an application for something important) and helping me find a way to include it so that my application would be processed correctly. “I love the USPS -- I go in the late afternoon or early, and the service is extremely quick. All the different staff I've had are nice, sometimes funny. You can also withdraw money from your bank for free without paying any fees.”
“This is the only post office I use in Trenton/Hamilton. Great location if you walk, bike, use public transit etc. Not the best for driving as the parking lot can get quite cramped.
Lines are usually long on Mondays and Fridays but staff are always super nice and helpful. You can drop off pre labeled items without waiting in line, which is what I usually do.
They do sometimes close before their listed hours, so try to arrive at least an hour before closing.
You should not use the blue box outside of the post office (on the sidewalk)- I lost about $200 of merchandise trying to ship small packages this way.”

Went to buy postage for a package at around 4pm, I used the self service machine. There were only two people there. No wait, it was pretty quick process.”

The employee here at this regional location was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. No nonsense at honestly some times there are times in life when you have things to be done and don't need all the extra yappity yap yap ?️?
One star deduction because the 1 single envelope I was sending couldn't be guaranteed for the same day or next day. The address I was sending it to was literally in the same complex. I hope they are not making an old lady walk all the mail over to the PO boxes there, and thus they couldn't guarantee the same day. (Unless I'm mistaken) But otherwise I had a great time with little to no wait.

Examples include, returning after his route was done, to pickup a package that had been forgotten, as well as waiting a moment for a packing label to be printed so that the package could reach our costumer on time.Most appreciated - Walker and Lane”
“I had a positive experience at this USPS location. I stopped here early in the morning to mail a small package. The woman working at the counter was very friendly and personable, and apologized to me for the wait even though it was only a minute or two. She was very helpful with my questions as well.”
