If you've been in one, you have roughly an idea what to expect.What raised this to a five-star review, however, was that they did NOT have what I needed, and the person at the desk readily suggested to me which other stores nearby might have carried what I wanted, rather then directing me to try his employer's website.THAT is being helpful, my dude, and for that, this store gets five shiny orange-yellow stars from me.”

“I recently took my 2022 F-150 Lightning to Badell’s, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Finding an EV-certified shop is not easy, and unlike Caliber Collision—who isn’t EV certified—Badell’s had the proper training, tools, and knowledge to handle my Lightning the right way.
They got me into a rental immediately, the entire process was smooth, and the pricing was surprisingly affordable. Not only did they repair my truck perfectly, but I also received way more service, communication, and care than I expected. They made sure my vehicle was safe, protected, and restored beyond my standards.
The value you get here is unmatched. The prices are great, the staff knows exactly what they’re doing, especially with EVs, and they truly look out for their customers.

Tamara was an absolute pleasure to worth with up front. She was sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She would call with weekly updates too, which was such a nice touch. Zach is a masterclass of a dude. He completed the job (had to have a whole door and fender replaced) perfectly and worked with me a ton. Not only was this all reasonably priced, but it was rather quick for the amount of labor involved- and completed without sacrificing the quality of the job at all. “The wheel flare molding on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee came off after the rear door heavily bumped into a wall on a windy day. We initially took the car to the Jeep dealership, where we were quoted around $200 for a brand-new OEM part and labor. Wanting to explore a more affordable option, we found Northeast Body Shop online and decided to check them out based on their excellent reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them.
The technician quickly understood our situation and offered a smart alternative: instead of replacing the entire molding (which was still in great shape), they sourced replacement clips for the ones that had broken and securely reattached the original part. To our surprise, they didn’t even charge us for the work.
This saved us a significant amount of money and proved their honesty, skill, and customer-first approach. They absolutely deserve their 5-star rating—if 10 stars were possible, they’d have earned them.”

“They had taken care of my truck . Notice the damage of the fender that was clearly damaged however they mange to take care of it . Also a piece while during the repair to the inside door was misplaced and clip was broken to window and door controls . Manager was on it once I explained to him . Taken care of . Thanks Winner”

“What a great experience. Union Park wanted over$2,900.00 to repair my exhaust system. The vehicle is 16 years old. To their credit, the mechanic and service writer suggested I go to Midway. I got an appointment the next day. I paid $190.00 and it was done in forty minutes while I waited! No kidding! Tyler and Roy RULE! Patronize this establishment if you want good, prompt service at a more than fair price!”

That being said, I was very pleased with the quality of work on my 20-year-old car, which looks almost new again.
Mike and Russell are great to work with.
The only reason I can`t give a 5 star is a few minor glitches, easily fixed. ( Battery cable not tightened, door catch to tight, and bad scuff mark on door sill. )”

“I had a tree branch fall on the side panel of my car and took it into Brandywine Auto Body for repair as a first timer and they exceeded expectations. Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. I highly recommend.”
“Needed a replacement for a 2019 Mercedes wheel that was bent. It was cheaper to buy all new wheels and tires from Tire Rack. Tire Rack assisted me in changing wheel size for a more comfortable ride. Even the Mercedes dealership was impressed after they installed them.”

I have to first mention Liz, the receptionist, who is just delightful to speak to. She is incredibly professional, welcoming, and always made sure lines of communication were clear right from the start.
From start to finish, Allen handled everything with care, professionalism, and transparency. He stayed in constant communication with both myself and the insurance company, making an extremely stressful situation much easier to manage. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I understood everything that was occurring with my claim and repairs.
What stood out the most was his patience, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure things were handled properly. It is rare to find someone who truly advocates for the customer while also maintaining such professionalism and integrity.
The day I picked up my vehicle, I received so many compliments because my baby was shining and looked absolutely amazing. The workmanship and attention to detail truly showed. You can tell Allen takes pride in making sure customers leave happy and satisfied.
