“I recently took my 2022 F-150 Lightning to Badell’s, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Finding an EV-certified shop is not easy, and unlike Caliber Collision—who isn’t EV certified—Badell’s had the proper training, tools, and knowledge to handle my Lightning the right way.
They got me into a rental immediately, the entire process was smooth, and the pricing was surprisingly affordable. Not only did they repair my truck perfectly, but I also received way more service, communication, and care than I expected. They made sure my vehicle was safe, protected, and restored beyond my standards.

“Bottom line: This is a good repair shop.
My first interaction was when a deer hit my truck, and they were due to make body and frame repairs. Extremely professional and friendly, and I was happy with the process. I ended up having the truck totalled, but was pleased with the pre-work.
Second tine, I had a door repaired on my new truck after someone backed into it. They replaced with new door and blended with a great color match and good quality finish. I'm very pleased with the work.
I have used another local place before and that place had left masking tape on the car, and grit in the paint, so Caliber in Aston was a breath of fresh air of getting the job done right first time.

“The wheel flare molding on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee came off after the rear door heavily bumped into a wall on a windy day. We initially took the car to the Jeep dealership, where we were quoted around $200 for a brand-new OEM part and labor. Wanting to explore a more affordable option, we found Northeast Body Shop online and decided to check them out based on their excellent reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them.
The technician quickly understood our situation and offered a smart alternative: instead of replacing the entire molding (which was still in great shape), they sourced replacement clips for the ones that had broken and securely reattached the original part. To our surprise, they didn’t even charge us for the work.
This saved us a significant amount of money and proved their honesty, skill, and customer-first approach. They absolutely deserve their 5-star rating—if 10 stars were possible, they’d have earned them.”

Also a piece while during the repair to the inside door was misplaced and clip was broken to window and door controls . Manager was on it once I explained to him . Taken care of . Thanks Winner”

Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. “Needed a replacement for a 2019 Mercedes wheel that was bent. It was cheaper to buy all new wheels and tires from Tire Rack. Tire Rack assisted me in changing wheel size for a more comfortable ride. Even the Mercedes dealership was impressed after they installed them.”
